Great vibe, awesome location and very friendly staff

The not so great: if you are a light sleeper or bothered by noise overall beware it can get noisy. We stayed from Thursday to the weekend and we could hear everything happening at the pool, music from the venue, and other guests in the hallways being a bit loud at night but we didn’t mind as much since it was not all night. We traveled with our toddler and she had a great time and her sleep was not disrupted.

Weather was amazing, the pool beautiful and sparkling! The landscaping is beautiful as is the decor all over the resort. We were celebrating our 41st Anniversary and found a gorgeous fresh fruit plate and a bottle of sparkling wine on ice in our room. At check in Legend was so welcoming and started our stay in a happy note! We enjoyed dinner and breakfast on the onsite restaurant patio. Rooms were very comfortable but we felt needed better lighting. The decor was very nice with retro touches. We would definitely stay again!

We were in town over the weekend for a golf toournament. We have stayed at the Flamingo several times when we have visited Santa Rosa. We like the pool scene. Nice place to relax, swim, read a book or have a cocktail. We were upgraded to a suite. Very nice room compared to the standard rooms we have stayed in before. Living area and a view of the swimiing pool. not a big deal but there are no elevators to the second floor.

Hotel is nostalgic but run down. Room had a cement floor that was freezing cold and mini fridge that was not quite cold.

Check-in was easy, and the front desk agent was very nice and let us in early. We enjoyed the pool; it was very nice. Our room faced the street, so we had to keep the shades closed, which made the room very dark and not enjoyable to stay in, except to sleep.

Leo our waiter at the restaurant was a wonderful server. Enjoyed our stay.

most of the staff seems lesbian but very helpfull

our ac in our room was not working. There were no elevators in the hotel. We checked in around 9pm. Lady who checked us in sawwe had a bell cart full of luggage’s and bags but still gave us room on the 2 or third floor I believe . we walk to our room realizing there are no elevators and we have to take stairs. went back to lobby, weren’t offer any help and asked to be put on ground floor. lady gave us aa room which was disspapointing has this was a trip my my boyfriends birthday and our anniversary and i had mentioned this at the initial time of check in. Even asked for upgrade and willing to pay was told it’s not available. Over all customer service , was poor to okay. Not happy. Did not like the hospitality at the hotel or service. Our stay wasn’t special

Great pool and hot tub! Great staff as well.

Tennis courts were difficult to book. Wanted to play on the morning we were leaving but did not receive a call back to confirm availability.

The mix of modern and retro was extremely nice. Very fun place, would return.

This was my first visit to Flamingo and it surpassed expectations. The room was modern, minimalist, clean, and roomy with everything I needed. I loved the full gym access (NOT a typical tiny hotel gym), and the restaurant was delicious. Unfortunately, it rained during my stay so I will have to return to take advantage of the beautiful large pool and lounging! I will definitely recommend this to friends and family — I will book again for my next visit!

Resort atmosphere Bed not comfortable, view from room poor, room not vacuumed prior to my arrival, restaurant menu very limited.

The staff and facilities were exceptional - I felt very welcomed and informed of the events happening during my stay and what facilities were available. They also communicate through text message when g makes it easy to reach out. The property is pretty vast so getting from my room to the lobby was a short walk and it’s easy to get disoriented.

We loved our stay here and the staff was so accommodating. We will be back!

Beautiful property. So fun.

Was told I had a $30 credit for dinning with my Hilton Gold status, that did not reflect on my bill. I was told I could have a 1pm late checkout, told the next day it was now noon.
