Flamingo Resort & Spa Santa Rosa Sonoma, Tapestry by Hilton

Resort atmosphere Bed not comfortable, view from room poor, room not vacuumed prior to my arrival, restaurant menu very limited.

The staff and facilities were exceptional - I felt very welcomed and informed of the events happening during my stay and what facilities were available. They also communicate through text message when g makes it easy to reach out. The property is pretty vast so getting from my room to the lobby was a short walk and it’s easy to get disoriented.

We loved our stay here and the staff was so accommodating. We will be back!

Was told I had a $30 credit for dinning with my Hilton Gold status, that did not reflect on my bill. I was told I could have a 1pm late checkout, told the next day it was now noon.

We love the Flamingo ! It’s our “home away from home” when visiting our family in Santa Rosa. Summers pool days are the best!

Max was our pool boy and he was the best of the best, give that man a raise!

Too many kids at the pool

My fiancé stayed here while visiting friends and let me tell you, the staff here are incredible! Gabe, Simone and Marco were so friendly, hospitable, and a blast to talk to! The food was delicious and the bed was so comfy! The room was nice but for the price it was a bit disappointing.

Drinks by the pool were not great candidly. Frozen they were not. The outside bar could do with a lot more ice and a few actual blenders to make proper frozen drinks. But lite-bites by the pool were great. Kids loved the quesadillas and hummus snacks. And service was helpful.

Staff are very nice. Clean room and food is excellent!

The main reason I'm removing one star is because the pool is like a crazy kids' water park. Like full rows of sun chairs not being used because it's in the "splash zone" where kids are doing cannonballs over and over and over, all day long. It might be because it's summer vacation for kids, but I'm just writing so others looking for a chill pool experience can possibly look elsewhere. The restaurant was decent, but the poolside menu felt very pricey for the quality and quantity you get, especially with automatically applied 16% poolside gratuity.

The room itself was fine and the pool was lovely. Also, we really enjoyed the food.

Great location, nice room, full service

We love staying at the flamingo! Their pool and hot tub are well maintained and spacious. You can also go to the health club and spa to use the saunas. Lots of families with young children were there but this was our first summer visit. If you prefer a kid free environment visit during the week when school is in session. We are already planning our next girls trip. Close driving proximity to shopping and restaurants.

The room is clean and the bed sheets are ready to relax, no smell or residue . The bathroom and vanity are very clean. Staffs are very knowledgeable and efficient
