North Bay Inn Santa Rosa

I enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean, there was a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & table which I really appreciated, just need to add a chair. There were two of us but only one chair. The bathroom was really nice! The Inn is also very close to shopping and restaurants including the Railroad Square Historic District.

Location is good, close to restaurants and shopping. Flooring is in bad shape and there was a smell in the room. Pillows were lumpy and mattress was hard.

It was a very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I stayed here two nights, but the last night was a little scary. I heard gunshots outside my room across the street in a man, swearing and yelling. He was gonna kill whoever he was running after. I heard them come around the back of the hotel, still screaming and gunfire for a few hours. There was some people in a room nearby that we’re having an argument and then they got in their car and drove away. I called 911 to ensure that the Police would be out looking around the area to stop the fight.

Everything. Price, cleanliness, friendly, quiet, parking.

I thought the place was mediocre. Honestly, the price was pretty high, considering there no pool or hot tub, no breakfast, etc. They don’t even have a continental breakfast. When I checked in and asked about breakfast, the lady looked at me like I was stupid. The room wasn’t bad, it was clean. The hotel sits right next to food places , so you have choices without having to drive anywhere.

We stayed one night and had no problems. The check in was quick and easy. The staff member who helped us was delightful. He was pleasant and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

The owner was very respectful and was very open when I called to see if he could hold my spot since I was comen front he airport.

Liked the location and the value. The staff were very accommodating. My flight wasn't until later in the day and theh let me do a late checkout. The room had all the modern things you need. Can't think of any.

Good convenient location. Looks old from the outside but rooms are well kept up and modern.

They do not express you need to be 21 to check in and almost wasn’t allowed to at 20.
