North Bay Inn Santa Rosa

Room was clean. Staff was honest and great to work with. Room was a little worn, but clean. Wifi floated in and out. Plenty of shops nearby to browse.

Convenient location, easy check in and out Bed was super firm

First off, Sam was absolutely great - helpful, personable, and communicative in providing information and dealt with our questions and check in with the utmost professionalism. That was a breath of fresh air. The inn is your basic bed and bath plus safe parking. It worked perfectly for us as we were passing thru. Though we were close to the main road and while Sam was forthcoming with road noise and occasional neighborhood incidents with sirens etc, our sleep was not disrupted. The cool/heat unit was loud if turned on. The location is very convenient with lots of food, coffee/tea and goods options, all within walking distance. Santa Rosa community college with lovely grounds is steps away.

For looking like a low budget hotel this was a nice and quiet place to say! It’s basic but that was okay for us!

We chose North Bay Inn because it is near our event. Price is fair for Santa Rosa. Meets our needs for one night stay. All of the basics were covered with no extras. AC worked, bathroom and room are clean, comfortable bed. Fridge works but the freezer has no door on it. Shower is good. Soap, shampoo and body lotion are in dispensers so no individual soaps or containers of soap and shampoo. Towels are thin. Only one chair to sit in instead of 2.

Staff was very friendly. Clean room with great shower. Very quiet and had a very peaceful night.

Super close location to downtown and the ice rink.

Quiet, clean. Not much, though could use just a bit more livening up in the rooms, way to basic.

Clean and comfortable

The location was great, and easy to get to. Plenty of parking, and the gentleman at the front desk was helpful. We had no trouble making the reservation or checking in. There were some serious problems with the room, primarily the floors - some sort of wood laminate, I think, and several of the panels had edges sticking out, or areas where an entire panel was not solidly attached, and would move when stepped on. My daughter injured her foot on one of these panels. The beds were also pretty uncomfortable - kind of lumpy and hard in areas, and feeling a bit hollow in others. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Clean, comfortable, convenient location

Location. Very clean. Two stairs up to room. No railing. No lamps, only harsh overhead lights. Bed too high off floor, hard to get into.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean, there was a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & table which I really appreciated, just need to add a chair. There were two of us but only one chair. The bathroom was really nice! The Inn is also very close to shopping and restaurants including the Railroad Square Historic District.
