I stay here every time I'm in Savannah. Great location

Enjoyed our stay room was quiet.

Excellent location and amenities. Loved the covered pool and patio terraces all around

I was a great stay

My weekend stay here was pretty good! The hotel staff provided great customer service. My only negative was that I was on the 4th floor and I heard the noise/every footstep of the guests above me. I did not get the best night's sleep. But, not the hotel's fault. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

There was no safe in the room.

It was not clean at all, and the room smelled so bad.

The room were very clean and up to par and staff was very friendly and helpful to what questions that we had. Will come back too great hotel!!

We had people in the adjoining room, who were super loud after 10pm. Wasn’t ideal as we had a toddler asleep and their loudness woke us up. The front desk did give them a call and the noise quieted and stopped however I became hyper aware of sound and you could easily hear noises in the hallways. So if you’re a light sleeper like me, it wasn’t the best at noise control. The breakfast is super early 6-9am, personally I like longer breakfast times but the food was great! Front desk was great! Has a little shop with snacks and drinks to buy. The shower was a little hard to navigate as the water didn't flow from the overhead faucet.

The only issue was small bathroom for 3 adults, but we made due. Otherwise the stay was great.

I like how quiet and safe I felt since I took night walks with my husband It's not clear on where to enter premise i think putting arrows that shows the entrance could be very helpful to future clients

The service

The breakfast was wonderful. Staff very nice and courteous. Room was comfortable. Beds great. There was some kind of issue going on which caused fans to need to run in the hallways, but mostly that didn't bother us. We would have liked to have our garbage emptied more often.
