The Bluff Savannah Historic District, Tapestry by Hilton

The Front Desk Staff by Erica & Ebony was excellent…very Friendly & always making sure we were taken care of & the Bartender Colby was very personable & knew how to make excellent drinks & let us have an experience with him that night at the bar that we will never forget & last but not least The Shuttle Driver and “Jack of all Trades” & I hope I’m spelling his name correctly…Niam…he was a breath of fresh air…always smiling & offering to help us with getting to dinner & the Market & River Street to back at the hotel! The Staff there at The Bluff was excellent & beyond friendly & they all went above & beyond with their help to make our stay there one to put in the memory books for keeps! The hotel was very clean & loved the room & amenities, food was delicious & couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay…they had everything we needed to make our trip fantastic….to the beautiful historic dining room & bar to the front desk down to the beautiful decor & high ceilings that we loved to all the help from the people behind the scenes that we didn’t get a chance to meet face to face but knew they were making us feel very welcomed & we stayed 4 nights & we didn’t want to leave the comfort we felt at our home away from home! Thanks for a great experience! We will be back!

Very safe and relatively close walking distance to the Historic District. Contemporary larger than standard room, includes a X large flat screen TV with a very comfortable lounging area. The rooms have a portable refrigerator and a personal safe. Also the Cleaning staff were very efficient and thorough. It would be remiss not to mention “BEE” whom was attentive and a very pleasurable individual. She appeared to be everywhere from promptly shuttling in the evening to preparing and serving breakfast in the morning. Always HELPFUL AND AFFABLE. Most of the receptionist’s staff were very pleasant and helpful but some rarely answered the phone and at times didn’t seem too accommodating. Orderly priced, outside parking lot parking.

Staff were wonderful in every way! The shuttle was a fantastic service that we used nightly. Loved Happy Hour in the beautiful bar. Large,quiet room with comfortable, attractive furniture. I was disappointed in the breakfast service. I couldn't get simple eggs and biscuits and there was no cream or milk with coffee. Liquid flavored Coffee Mate was the only option. no more breakfasts there..

We moved our son into SCAD and stayed over night! It was a very short trip, but can’t wait to come back. The rooms are very roomy for a family of 4/5. Receptionists were very helpful and an easy walk to every thing!! Most importantly it was convenient and clean!!

The staff were all very friendly. The shuttle service was reliable with no long waits. The room was a nice size, comfortable beds and kept clean. Did not have breakfast in the restaurant, however, coffee and muffins were complimentary.

Nice, comfortable hotel. There is a free shuttle to take you downtown but we just walked instead. We bought the breakfast - custom omelets, very nice.
