Very clean and in a great location. For the price, would expect breakfast to be included. We did pay for breakfast and it was fine.

I really like the aesthetics of the property ! The attention to detail when it came to decor was chefs kiss. Even though it was an old building, they definitely did a phenomenal job with the upgrades. The fact we had to pay for self parking and there are no gates or even security to watch your vehicle. Also I wish there was a laundry facility on site.

Freshly refurbished hotel. High ceiling room with ample space. Furniture and colors very welcoming. Personell was great, desk and bar as well as friendly cleaning staff. Not the property’s fault but the area where it is located needs some development. Limited foods choice later in the evening (didn’t want to go out after a long drive so had an apple pie as diner, was good though)

The hotel was very clean and room was sufficiently large. I was hit with charges at check in that I wasn't expecting. Total up at reservation would have been appreciated.

I love anything about The Bluff Hotel. But... The refrigerator made a noise, a clicking noise all night off and on.So it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. This took place in room 302. This is my first complaint I've ever had for this hotel, I stay at this hotel every time I visit Savannah, which is several times a year.

Staff and hotel was great! However they did not disclose that there is a parking fee ! We were surprised with a 75 dollar fee after check out. Terrible communication on their part
