Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Schaumburg, IL

The place is nice, but there is one thing I need to remember for next year, ask for a room on the side away from the street. The road in front is loud 24 hours a day. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel, a nice happy hour and solid location.

We stayed two nights, the staff was very friendly, the free breakfast was a wonderful surprise. The pool and hot tub was fantastic.

Would definitely be back soon

The breakfast was great; hot food and well-stocked.

Hot tub was nice and hot. Breakfast was what we expected and very good. Only issue is our room key card deactivated 3 times in our 4 night stay. Get a room in the back or you be woke up by loud traffic and car alarms.

food was left in the fridge from the last guess. And the chair had crumbs and a mess on it. Was put off by that. Also not that many amenities.

Sassy front desk manager

The rooms were fantastic! Very updated, clean and comfortable. The pillows were perfect! The only complaint that I had was one night of our stay the person in the room directly next to us literally blasted music the ENTIRE night (obviously not the hotels fault). However, the front desk worker gave me a little bit of a hard time in the beginning because she only called the person instead of walking up to witness the insanity herself. Ended with my husband having to go down there at 4am, which didn’t even help much because they couldn’t get the person to stop without calling the cops, which they didn’t want to do. It was frustrating but management handled it well. They refunded us one night of our trip and wouldn’t let the person rebook. We appreciated the gesture!

Overall good. The one bad thing I'd say is it's not upgraded hotel and bathroom door stocked all the time.

After the arrival at the Hotel, the staff member at reception turn us back saying , there is no reservation and there are no free room to stay. Hireable story ... after bad conversation finally we got the room under the booking number been provided.

Loved our stay in the Jacuzzi suite! Staff was very kind and helpful. We will stay here again!
