Holiday Inn Chicago - Schaumburg by IHG

Very nice place

We only stayed one night, but everything was clean and the staff were helpful

I guess we missed scheduling for housekeeping to come to our room on the 2nd day. But it wasn't a deal breaker. We went just called the front desk and they made sure we were taken care of.

Excellent

Very good, clean!

We were in room 205 I believe and it was noisy with the elevator going on and off all night.

That I paid for a King size bed and was given a room with double beds then was told to call the hotel in the morning to get the room I actually paid for. No microwave my boyfriend almost slipped and almost fell in the bathroom do to a half shower door.

Staff was very helpful.

Breakfast under charge, also you’ve to ask everyday for a breakfast pass in the front, and you have to ask for plates, juices, coffee etc terrible

My traveling party had bugs in there room , and stains on there duvet. My room served it's purpose, nothing spectacular. Clean room ,good bed ,below average pillows.

Exceptional

Good stay

Exceptional

Amazing location and cozy rooms. Plenty of free parking spots, great gym and swimming pool. Helpful and friendly staff.

Muy limpio si ,staff muy amable , parking muy vien ,breakfast no me gusto porque no hay café vueno en el cuarto ,! Y la loción y el shampoo que ay en el ban̈o no se si así es el aroma Pero huele como rancio huele mal ....????

Was disappointed by the few GF options on the breakfast menu, and how rigid the one entree and one drink for breakfast in particular is, since orange juice and coffee are not that expensive and give the guest a bad impression, charging just for the juice The housekeeping policy, as it stands, is good, but the execution is not. They missed our request even tho we told them twice (just in case): once in the evening and again in the morning when we left for our business meeting. The rest was great!!!!

Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a good location.

I had a reservation through Expedia at this hotel, when I reached the hotel, hotel staff told me that rooms are not available due to overbooking, it was 11:30 mid night and they did not help with any alternative. Staff at the front desk was not cooperative.

Wonderful staff and great property! Definitely would stay here again.

When you prepay for breakfast is not very clear why you get. You can’t get coffee and juice with the breakfast! They charge you separately for the juice Dacia from the staff during breakfast was great! The housekeeping service request is clear on paper but when we requested was not clear how to note it and they missed the request at the end. Will be amazing if liquid creamer is supplied instead of the powder in the rooms… and not having at least an extra pillow and extra set of towels would be handy with the housekeeping policy they have In general the hotel is great, comfy, clean, location but service has potential!
