Extended Stay America Suites Chicago Schaumburg I90

What I liked most about my stay at Extended Stay was the convenience and comfortable atmosphere. Having a room with the amenities I needed made it easy to feel more at home, and I appreciated having a place where I could relax and take care of my daily needs. The overall experience was convenient, and I enjoyed the privacy and flexibility that came with an extended-stay setup. I honestly had a perfect stay at Extended Stay. There was nothing I disliked about my experience. Everything was comfortable, clean, convenient, and exactly what I needed. The staff was great, the room was comfortable, and I truly enjoyed my entire stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Extended Stay to others.

The manager is helpful and the staff are great Value for the money

Bad

Ntg

Helpful staff Very used facility with poor hygiene

Very poor

Pretty good just cleaning the room a little better

It seems like barely converted section 8 housing rather than an Extended Stay

Very good

Michael the desk clerk is good.

The room was clean enough but the mattress was wrapped in a heavy plastic without a mattress pad. Mattress was lumpy and sagged down when you sat on it. Pillows were very cheap and the polyfil was matted. We couldn’t believe they left two of these and one better pillow for the queen bed! I’ve had better pillows camping ! Sheets were thin and even washcloths were just too old and dingy. We never used the towels. Table and desk in room but only one desk chair for both? It was as if they took all the beat up furniture and put it in this room. No coffee pot but a kitchen? Missing iron and ironing board but bracket on wall for these. The TV should have been on wall as they left the black wall bracket on wall but put the TV on the dresser that was full of what looked like dried drops of glue on top surface. We could hear everything the person in the roomabove us was doing in the evening and morning. The continental breakfast was coffee, granola bars, and muffins individually wrapped in plastic. All in all the room ruined a special day we were celebrating. Husband who booked the room thought that extended stay would mean it would be a nice room. As for amenities I don’t think there were any but we did have a full size refrigerator two burner cooktop and microwave in the room which we did not use but looked in working order. Some might enjoy having these for cooking meals but again there was a table but only a desk chair that could be pulled over to the table for eating.

Very good

Would have liked it if we could have stayed there Cancelled our booking an hour before our arrival

the bed had a plastic cover on it and was so uncomfortable

One of the best hotels for the price. I will definitely stay in this hotel again

Everything was clean and comfy. All the staff were friendly. Quiet location. The room we were in was a lil rough. There was a hole in the wall that had been fixed but not smoothed or painted. Also there was a cracked floor section that could be a trip hazard to an unstable walker.

Dodgy wifi. Broken down room with mold growing in the shower. Barely any amenities offered. Stains all over the bedsheets, headboard, walls, and countertops. Freezer was disgusting and basically a biohazard. Would not recommend staying here.

Exceptional

Room 123 head bedbugs I got bit up real bad. I didn’t like anything about this stay the room smelled really bad. The place have a lot of people roaming around and the door to the facility back entrance was left open all night long where people can come in and out. The room and your mom 123 had bedbugs. The room smelled horrible. The AC was cold. That’s the only good thing about it. I had to buy air freshener for the room. The mattress had plastic on it. I guess to try to keep the bedbugs contained, but I still ended up getting bit

There was no ice available during our stay, and bottled water was being sold for $3.50, which felt excessive, especially considering the lack of basic amenities. We also encountered a person who appeared to be homeless in the parking lot, which made us uncomfortable. Additionally, this property seems to function more like a long-term extended-stay residence, with many guests apparently living there, rather than the type of hotel experience we were expecting. Overall, the cleanliness, condition of the property, lack of amenities, and general environment did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, we definitely will not be staying here again and cannot recommend it based on our experience.
