Room was just average with small kitchen and living space. Convenient to I90.

Decent place

If anyone gets room 121 change it. All night we heard loud footsteps above us. Hard to rest. Not sure if we were under a stairwell or the guests above were just loud as hell. And we don’t rest too much . Beds and pillows could be more comfortable.

The lobby is better maintained than some other ESA hotels. The wait for guest services is long, but once someone shows up, they take good care of you. The hallways (likely because of the filthy carpet) smelled horrible and the smell in the room was even worse. The rooms are very dated, old chipped furniture and the doors on the refrigerator were dirty, and had been installed backwards. The door to the room kept sticking and was off track. I had to slam it to get the door to close properly. Nothing was sparkling clean. The sheets were old, flimsy and had a stale odor and color. I was very uncomfortable all weekend staying here. The room felt dirty and smelled like old, sweaty infected feet. I was disappointed in my stay, especially given the rate I paid.

The hotel was well maintained and mediocre priced for what was included, a kitchen area and on-the-go breakfast.

The cleanliness of the hallway, elevator needs attention. Our room was comfortable except for the plastic over the mattress was uncomfortable.

Bed comfortable. Big TV, but crappy cable! Old Microwave had to be replaced. Friendly staff requires security deposit for "incidentals" Good location close to freeway.
-
By far this is the worst hotel up to date period

Do not stay here ever. I have been to extended stays all around the US, and I stay at a lot of hotels. Extended stay should not even be a name on this hotel. This hotel should be condemned. I know it sounds like I’m just ranting, but this is the first worst of two really bad, very dirty, very disgusting hotels I’ve stayed in in all the many hotels in my 50+ years. My brand-new white socks, pristine white were black within 10 minutes of walking on the floors. My feet turn black in the morning from 10 minutes of walking around, getting things organized to pack up and leave. Look at the pictures I’m providing, pictures tend to say 1000 words. The audacity that the owners have you sign whether you’ve been sick with COVID or anything else, when this place is so disgusting and so dirty that you could get the plague is beyond me! The pillows were horrible. The bed is very uncomfortable, and it’s very noisy, and it’s just a very thin sheet over some very actual plastic like covering for the mattress. In case you wanna urinate the bed, I guess. The scuff marks on the furniture that is wearing all of the varnish off, followed by unbelievable stains on the walls and in the counters and things that could be cleaned and were never cleaned. A giant patch of cotton sticking out of the armchair to sit followed by more shreds over the headboard. I’ll be seeking my refund from my stay here. The fact that any owner of a hotel could do this to any human being that stays in his place.

would deliver it. Once in room, I saw there were no cups, dishes or coffee pot. Big surprise. It's been a few years since I stayed there and it's gone downhill. However, I did get the coffeepot later, with a package of excellent brew. With my bad back, the recliner and rolling office chair helped a great deal. So, it's can be great depending on your circumstances. I enjoyed having some instant oatmeal and a muffin as I waited for an airport taxi.

Room smelled. Bed very uncomfortable and not even on a wooden base, showers were weathered, and there was NO breakfast as the listing said. Worst hotel experience ever.
