Extended Stay America Suites Chicago Schaumburg Conv Center

Roaches, Dirty floors, Dirty bed sheets, Room smelled AWFUL.

The ample parking, wider space, peacefull. room not clean for seven days. cleaning was on chargeable basis. it was like studio room with oven, stove but no cutlery was proivded.

Horrible experience. No towels, extra blankets, or anything in our room. The place is dirty and has roaches.

The room had this bad smell

Clean room

Pleasant

Superb

This hotel was not up to par, the first room I received the air conditioning was not working. The room temperature was stuck at about 86° after a room change. I woke up to roaches in the restroom as well as in the refrigerator. They refuse to give me a refund also the elevator was filthy in the bathroom counters were not clean correctly.

This place is like 20 years overdo for a renovation

Not again!

It’s was smelling so bad

Nothing Overall dirty place, trash all over the hallway, clogged toilet, dirty towels

I have not received my deposit back yet. The lobbybwas dirty as was my bathroom. Stains on the sheets and very loud halls . Seems very unsafe. It was not clean the halls had some garbage in areas very at all hrs . My bathroom was not clean stains on the bed sheets and i still have not received my deposit.

Very rude

It was cool over all

Breakfast is correct Beds are awful. Sheets are old and not clean, mattress not confortable. Pillow are super old. Cockroach in the kitchen. And most of the time there is no one at the reception.

The location was good. It was loud and felt a bit dirty and we woke up to cockroaches in our room!

I actually didn’t stay because as I walked in to check in, another visitor warned me it was dirty and not well maintained. I sled the receptionist to look at the room before I decided to check in and he agreed and gave me a key. My review confirmed it was dirty and not maintained. There was dirt caked on the top of the refrigerator, missing Formica on the countertops and soap gunk or mold in the shower. Both the room and the hallways also smelled of multiple different unpleasant oders.

Do not stay here, my nieces room smelled like B O, not very clean

After miscomunicating among themselves, the staff determined I had not paid for the first night of my two-night stay, and proceeded to confiscate my belongings. Since I of course had paid, my key still worked as it should, so I discovered this upon returning to my room to go to bed. After threatening to report theft, I got my belongings back. The rooms have no “do not disturb” signs, or means to make coffee in the room. The so called “breakfast” lacked hot water, or spoons to make any hot cereal.
