My experience was awful, it was not clean at all in fact I end up having a rash on my legs and arms mainly because their bed was dirty. I don't recommend anybody saying at this hotel at all. I was not satisfied with their housekeeping. Overall the staffing is very poor.

Dirty sheets. Very dirty bathroom with hairs every where. Bed was horrible

Breakfast is just joke. Like 1$ ready oat and cheap sugar little muffins THAT IS IT. And of course hot water and coffee. Bed is like a stone it was impossible to sleep at all. I paid for 2 nights but I checked out after 1 night. Could not sleep. I am 30 yo. I mean even for me bed was so bad.

The floor was dirty. The AC unit was very loud. The room smells. The outer doors are propped open. The phone did not work. The bathtub was grimey. The guests smoked all around the property so you can smell smoke all around.

Breakfast was very lacking, only coffee and muffin with energy bars. Floors of the room was dirty not mopped. Walking bare feet got dirty with what looks like grim or soot of some sort. Staff was average. Stayed in a non smoking room and can still smell cigarettes coming from some where.

The room was cleaned but it smelled like a sewer the bed was small and still had plastic on it, also cups, spoons, forks and plates do not come with the room. On the positive side, it was not loud, quiet and the staff is somewhat helpful. Will I go back? No! But I appreciate them allowing us to stay at they property.

The shower head had water squirting out the top. The pillows were pillows you'd get from the dollar store.

The place smells very bad the floor are very dirty, and the bath horrible, I was supposed to stay for 4 nights but i left the next day I couldn’t be there, I separated a deluxe king bed and they put me in a room the have 2 twin bed for 4 people. I went to the reception, and requested to be change, but the other room was same as dirty as the other one I don’t recommend this place at all and more If you are with kids.

This whole place is a bio hazard and it’s absolutely disgusting!!! Toilet, bed, stove top didn’t even work the manager refused to refund my money, dirty towels bedding was dirty was not clean just horrible roaches everywhere

I have photo and video evidence. Worst place I’ve stayed in by far.

Next hotel

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were available to help 24/7. Laundry room was nice with plenty of machines to use. Breakfast could’ve been better, it was just prepackaged muffins and granola bars.
