It had been a long day, so I inquired about the bar, NO BAR! As I stated long day and hungry thinking, I will order something and take it to the room well, NO RESTURANT of course all of this is listed on the website. Next morning hungry from going to bed without dinner and looking forward to the advertised breakfast I go down to ask where breakfast is served, the response NO BREAKFAST not even continental. Keys also did not work with four issued; I am not blaming the lobby staff. Who I am placing blame on is the management. The management has an obligation to maintain amenities for client satisfaction, deliver what you say no matter what it is or who it is promised to, this includes staff. The staff in the lobby are the faces of the business, and I can't imagine the number of times they must apologize for-management shortcomings and be embarrassed because of it. I asked a manager to call me and no surprise NO CALL. Management has fraudulently listed amenities that do not exist. After staying 3 nights, I can honestly state after 40 years of travel, this was the worst Hotel I had had the displeasure of staying in. To the management, save face and remove yourselves from employment at this establishment.

I canceled my reservation. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had. The hotel was dirty and run down. I was asked to give an additional deposit of $75 dollars. I went to my room and the key didn’t work I am handicap I had to go back down stairs on a walker with only one elevator working. I had bags . Never Will Recommend this facility to anyone.

It's a okay place to stay.Maybe for 1 night, if you're in dire need

Promoted a free breakfast. There is NO breakfast. Manager was to give a discount for no breakfast. Never called. Elevator broken. Elevator certification expired a year ago. Bath tub handle broken. Door had problems opening and closing. NEVER stay hrre.

The bed... oh, the bed!!! I have stayed in many hotels, and the bed at this hotel was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! The room was large, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed! I will definitely be booking there for my next trip!

The hotel itself was nice. Only one of the elevators was working while we were there. When we checked in they didn't even tell us where the elevator was or what time the breakfast was at. Because we didn't know what time breakfast was, we thought it ended at 10:00 a.m. . However, the breakfast only went from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. so we missed it. We assumed it was 10:00 a.m. based on the internet. There were no blow dryers in the rooms. When we went down to ask for one, they told us it would be 15 to 20 minutes before we got one. We also tried to call the front desk by using an outside number, and they didn't even answer the phone. I'm not saying I would never stay here again, but the staff needs a little work. The hotel itself was very nice.

When I arrived around 2:00 a.m., I was assigned a room that had not been cleaned. The toilet still contained urine, the bed had been slept in, and there were used towels and toiletries throughout the room. I had to bring all of my luggage back downstairs and get another room. The hotel has two elevators, but only one was working. The phone in my room didn’t work, and the phone in the upgraded room didn’t work either. The business floor ice machine was also out of service. Instead of enjoying my trip, I spent time dealing with maintenance issues. I appreciate the daytime front desk staff. They were polite, professional, and did their best to help. They provided a complimentary shuttle and late checkout, but the property’s maintenance problems remained. I was also told the manager would call me, but I never received a callback despite following up. In addition, my $75 authorization hold was not released when promised, requiring multiple calls. Based on my experience, the property has significant maintenance and management issues that need to be addressed.

Couldn’t get into to room, had to ram door to open. Pool IS NOT open until 10pm. No ice machines worked on any floor, breakfast was closed some mornings, but mornings open horrible! Only one elevator worked. TV was not working half the stay, and staff was not helpful nor did they care. Bathroom was dirty and tub was disgusting. Worst hotel experience ever!!

When I booked this place, my only goal was to save money. I was only staying for one night, so I figured I could skip my usual hotel splurge and settle for something more budget-friendly. That was a mistake. The hotel wasn't outright terrible, but it was uncomfortable from the moment I checked in. The bed skirt was torn, the showerhead was poorly mounted, the elevator display didn't work, so every ride felt like a guessing game of when it would actually come, and my room key only worked when it felt like cooperating. I spent the night hoping I wouldn't come into contact with bed bugs (thankfully, I didn't). To make matters worse, I witnessed another guest discover another family in their room. I had planned to stay for the complimentary breakfast, but after everything else, I just couldn't bring myself to do it. Saving a few dollars wasn't worth the discomfort, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Reserved a room with two beds. Gave us a room with one bed because they said they didn't have one with two beds. Offered no discount. Then sent us to an occupied room. At that point, we canceled.

The TV also didn’t connect to anything. So unless you brought a fire stick or Roku it was pointless.

Walked into the lobby to check in to find the girl working the desk in a verbal altercation. Not the girls fault she was very kind and polite, but the manager should’ve been available to help her as she was being screamed at. Other than that the breakfast was decent, place was clean, the weather didn’t allow us to use the pool but the room itself was great. The TV had Netflix and other streaming apps, the only issue was people kept trying to connect to our TV and the wifi went out. Other than that it was a good hotel stay!

Needless to say it was a horrible experience. The Wi-Fi was out for most of the weekend. Had to use the hotspot on my phone to hook up to my laptop to get any sort of work done. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. They said that they offered free breakfast but when I asked, they said that their kitchen was closed for renovation, which didn’t make much sense because it looked completely intact, was charged a hidden fee that I wasn’t told about. Left a day early from my stay because nothing was working. Had I known I was gonna deal with so many different problems with the hotel during my stay I would’ve chose somewhere else and believe me there were lots of other places to stay in the vicinity! Would not recommend this to anyone! But in the end, I guess you get what you pay for just wouldn’t want to see somebody else’s vacation/work trip be ruined because of the place they chose to stay! Do yourself a favor pick somewhere else!

Radisson cancelled my reservation the day before and I wasn't informed until I had already driven 13 hours across the country.

Very low budget for the name "Radisson". Very convenient for the location. Safe. Poor elevator service. Only one elevator works. Selective ice machines worked on certain floors. No iron was found in room. Ice chest was dirty in room. Excessive carpet damage. Water temps were not hot enough. Fitness gym was weird. Breakfast was ok and worth waking up to. Loved the location and that everything was in walking distance. In desperate need of RENOVATIONS ASAP! Parking ok. Multiple entrances. Nice pool. No hot tub. Alot of abandoned cars in the parking lot.

When we arrived and received our key, we were not informed of even where the elevators were to get to the 6th floor. We were not told that the complimentary breakfast was only from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. (even though the internet said it went until 10 a.m.) nor did they tell us the location of the breakfast. The rooms were fine. However, we did not have enough towels in our room for the 4 people that we had in our room. There was no blow dryer in our room and no one answered the phone at the front desk, even when I called as if I were someone from outside of the building. My husband finally had to go downstairs to ask for a blow dryer and they said it would be about 20 minutes to get one. The accommodations were fine (especially the water pressure in the shower and the shampoo and conditioner-my hair felt very soft afterwards). All-in-all, the hotel was fine, but the service left something to be desired.

The room needed some repairs. There was no phone in the room, or remote control. It’s a decent place if you just need a cheap room to sleep

Bed was comfortable and towels and sheets were clean. Room smelled of cigarette smoke and when mentioned to front desk she gave me a bottle of air freshener. Jacuzzi tub had a weird gritty residue in it. Ice machines broken except for floor 5 and none of the vending machines worked. They do have some things in the lobby but they wanted to charge my card 6 dollars for 2 cans of soda. Breakfast was not great but they did have hot food. Over all it was "alright" but not worth the price
