The staff was nice. However, I didn't like this hotel at all. There was no coffee pot even in the breakfast room. While having breakfast, we have to come all the way from the breakfast room to the reception to get some coffee, which is quite far away. Breakfast is the same every day! There was no salt or pepper in the breakfast area! The cold and Hot water dispenser is kept at the reception, but the hot water tap is broken! Also, cold water was not available. The room keys were not working consistently. Altogether, it was not worth the money I paid.

The staff are rude and unaccomidating, half the amenities were broken the breakfast was terrible. Never coming back

The property was outdated and show extensive wear and tear.

Room door locks difficult to operate. Indian owned, Hallways smell of Curry.

Everything is not comfortable and service is bad. I don't recommend this hotel.

We were not informed about an airport shuttle. Also the staff was unfriendly, hardly making any conversation, or thank us for staying at the property. Very noise guests, and someone was knocking on our door after getting into our room. Definitely felt unsafe.

The hotel needs and update. The staff was not professional definitely independently owned. No ice box in room, toilet got clogged took 3 times asking to get fixed. very small poor selection for onsite snacks and necessities. hotel room carpet was dirty. walls were dirty. bed was great and comfortable. if staff is going to represent Radison they should dress professional and not speak another language in front of guests, it makes the guests feel like you are taking about them. when I asked for towels at 4 in the morning before checking out I was asked if I brought the old, dirty towels down with me to exchange. That was ridiculous. If a guest asks for Towels regardless if they were extra towels or replacing towels there should never be a question back to the guest just a response of yes, or of course, or no problem. I would not stay here again, there are many more hotel options on the area. The price was good but with the name Radison behind it I expected more.

I like the room was nice and clean ive been through other hotels and they are not clean but these one was what i expected

The front receptionist was accommodating. My sheets were dirty, my comforter was ripped to shreds, there was no housekeeping I had to make my own bed from the dirty sheets, and the breakfast was terrible.

Not gunna lie, it's rough. Cheap enough that if you are there for an event or tournament and plan go be outside of the hotel for most of your stay, then it is tolerable - but that's the best I can say. Room keys feel like single use, as they don't work most of the time, so upon your return to the hotel you need to request new keys every time. You have to physically assualt the room doors like a linebacker to get in, even if the key works. Toilets look disgusting, not dirty, just so worn-out that they permanently look dirty. TV didn't have any channels at all, literally 0, so it was completely useless. Sink is outside of bathroom, which is annoying. Two elevators, except only one was working (probably been that way for a long long time). The one working elevator was painfully slow. Wiring on the lights was faulty, light switches would turn on and off the wrong lights - which at this point was just funny. Generally just feels like a dying business that the staff is trying to keep afloat as long as they can until it eventually closes, which might be for the best.

Another serious concern was that after the first night of my stay, I appeared to have been bitten by something while sleeping in the bed. I developed multiple bites in several areas and subsequently broke out in hives. Prior to arriving at the hotel, I was not experiencing any skin irritation or allergic reaction. Given the overall condition and cleanliness concerns throughout the room, including the bedding and carpet, this raised significant concerns about the presence of insects or other pests. The reaction caused discomfort and further contributed to my decision not to sleep in the room for the remainder of my stay. The bedding was one of my biggest concerns. After removing the comforter, sheets, and mattress cover, I found hair and stains on the bedding and mattress. The mattresses themselves were old and worn out. The pillows were feather-filled, which may be an issue for guests with allergies. Many of the room’s appliances and fixtures were either non-operational or hazardous. Lamps were missing light bulbs, lamp shades were damaged, and several electrical outlets were improperly installed. The refrigerator door was left open when I arrived, had no interior light, and the cabinet housing the refrigerator and microwave would not close properly. The hotel itself was in very poor condition. The ice machine on the sixth floor did not work, and the elevator display lights were not functioning, making it difficult to know which floor the elevator was on.

The hotel was located in a decent place. Other than that there really are no redeeming qualities. Where do I even begin? The first thing I was greeted with when I entered the lobby was the overwhelming stench of cat urine. All the floors were sticky, and in some places if you stood still enough were enough to nearly pull your shoes off your feet. There were stains on nearly every wall, every exit reeked of marijuana, there was only one functioning elevator that was hardly functioning, jerking and having abrupt stops at every level. The floor inside was peeling off, and there was a puddle that persisted in the same spot all 4 nights. Speaking of puddles, the bathroom in the room was plagued with pooling, there were no drains and it all came from the shower since they don't use proper shower curtains, so water just leaks through it.
