Great location and shuttle service was great A little confusion at check in We booked for 6 adults and one 7 year old in February but the rooms did not have room for us so we had to switch rooms but it all worked out

No breakfast. We had to leave early for a flight. The room was stuffy when we got there. After figuring out how to start the air-conditioning the air quality was better. But there must have been dust in the system -- within minutes my throat was itchy and sore (a day later it's no better).

Every single person in our staff was so helpful and such great moods and really made an impact on what customer service is all about. It made the start of our trip feel great.!!

Shuttle service was so excellent!! Took us to a restaurant and picked us up as well as free shuttle service to airport the next day. Would prefer a restaurant that was open more hours

Staff were awesome - kind and seemed genuinely concerned about my comfort. No outdoor sitting area or pool

The staff was welcoming when I arrived but the warmth of the first day never really carried over to the other days that I was there it seemed they had alot going on. I was on the 3rd floor and my first day was quiet however on the 2nd night l was awaken by doors being slammed at 5am.

The hotel and rooms were VERY clean and well kept. The waiters were very sweet and friendly, I enjoyed making small talk and they were very attentive. Definitely pricey, but it wasn’t a long wait and food was delicious. The parking wasn’t bad either, not sure how you get into the parking garage but we easily found parking outside so it wasn’t an issue. It’s also right next to a 711 that you can walk too if you need anything! Bathroom lighting is also gorgeous, products smell amazing (be careful if you are allergic to eucalyptus or lavender!), beds were comfortable, etc. I paid extra for breakfast to be included, and it only included two items off their breakfast menu. A breakfast sandwich and burrito. My partner and I ended up getting food elsewhere because we aren’t fans of those options and felt frustrated with having paid more for the hotel only to get 2 breakfast choices. The rooms also had a different menu than what was downstairs, leaving our waiter confused when we asked for a drink that wasn’t on their menu. I definitely recommend not putting out new menus until your staff has been introduced to it- coming from someone who has worked in two restaurants! Lastly there was some mix ups and I was charged incorrectly a couple times for my stay.
