Lots of homeless looking people in the parking lot. Drug people staying in downstairs rooms. The room was extremely basic but was clean. I could hardly sleep worrying about my car in the parking lot and our safety in general.

Free parking. The rooms smell. It kinda looks clean but you dont feel like its clean.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had some very inconsiderate people staying above our room, that sounded like they were remodeling the room till almost 4am, and continously walking back and forth. Had to call front desk about it, as we had an early morning start the next day. Also 2 grown men were standing outside our window talking at 3am. Hopefully the room patrons were spoken to about their manners. Unsure if we will chose to stay here again in the future. Would be a shame as it's super convenient, coffee and snacks nearby. And again the staff has always been super wonderful

The only real good thing is a place to rest yur head. Off freeway. Thats nice. Better than the experience I had a night before in north motel Everett washdot!!

The noise level of the freeway is bad and although the amenities listed refrigerator there was none. When I went to get ice from the lobby all I got from the staff was “It’s broke.”

Convenient, close to SeaTac, but a bit noisy from nearby highway. Not bad.

The first room they gave me the key card did not work I went and got a new key and walked in on people as the room was already occupied. Got into the next room and it was fine except there was no little shampoo bottles and also apparently no housekeeping at all the 4 days I stayed but room was ok ac worked shower was hot. Pool was also closed and it was almost 90° out. Had I been made aware the pool was closed I would've booked my room somewhere else.

It will be more convenient if the pool is open and the ice machine was working also the TV control had no batteries
