Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites SeaTac by IHG

Location and airport shuffle are great. However, the room and checkin staff were not so welcoming. We booked a suit and paid extra for the fifth guest but there were only three bath towels. The AC unit is right next to the bed so air was in our faces all night. There was o ly one person in the front

Close enough to downtown for easy uber rides. Much more economical than staying right downtown. Very clean. Good quality breakfast.

Staff were all excellent, especially the cleaning crew.

Location was good near the Link station and Angle Lake Park. Shuttle didn’t come through when it was needed, unfortunately.

We came in mid afternoon after check in time so room was ready. Very nice, clean and bright. Comfy beds. Our view was of the over full dumpster but that really didn’t shape my stay. Breakfast looked great in the morning. We had to rush off to the airport so no time but grabbed coffee. Hit the spot. Ordered delivery Chinese food from Lucky House. Eggrolls, vegetable fried rice and sesame chicken. Tons of food! But so good!

Airport shuttle was fabulous! The local restaurant shuttle was a bonus. 12 pm checkout was excellent too. Loved the front desk recommendations for restaurants were great.

The staff nor the manager did not communicate that they have a system issue it took us more than 4 hrs to check in and no one was giving us an update and then whenever we ask the front desk they keep on saying that they don’t know when they can get us check in so people that was waiting from 0930 started canceling and booked on another hotel. When we finally got checked in the hallway in the 2nd floor was full of dirty sheets and trash. The breakfast was no good. I would have canceled our stay but they won’t refund our money because we booked it through Expedia. This is the first time I had issues with Holiday Inn express so I’m really dismayed

I’m not sure why guests have to pay for parking. Other than that everything else was great. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent. Pillows are a little soft for my taste but everything in the room was clean. The blackout curtains helped a lot.

Location to Light rail was key for us. Shower never stayed hot enough

My husband was violently allergic to the cleaning materials used in the hotel.

We were able to organise a shuttle from Pier 91 following our cruise for $20 per person. The check in was fast and we were able to get an early check in as well as a late check out the next day. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was large and we had everything we needed. The location close to the airport was handy and the free airport shuttle was appreciated. We enjoyed our one night stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay near SeaTac airport.

The staff was super helpful, and the shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful, even offering to drop us off at local restaurants for dinner. The free breakfast was super early (helpful for an early morning flight) and delicious. For some reason, the $25 security hold deposit came through as a charge on my credit card, and it was very difficult to navigate multiple AI customer service representatives to get to the root of the problem. All hotels around the Seattle airport were expensive (not a good value), but this was competitive within that range.
