Found our room very clean! Bed was very comfortable!

Overall good

Airport shuttle is every 30 min and free. Breakfast was good. One elevator wasn’t working and when staff was asked about stairs, we were told there wasn’t any. I’d stay here again.

Everything was great except the fact that the key cards wouldn’t work even after not having them near an electronic… other than that everything was wonderful

The hotel was brand new

The staff was amazing, room was nice and clean, and their shuttle service to restaurants, airport, and cruise port ran effortlessly. Will definitely stay here again when I travel through Seattle.

Water in each room need to buy it.

It was clean and well-maintained. I didn't realize we were so close to the airport that we would hear planes coming and going throughout the night, but it wasn't terrible. Breakfast was unexpectedly good!

Clean room and breakfast was good. We stayed to board a cruise the next day and the shuttle options were extremely helpful. (Ride to hotel from the airport and ride to cruise ship)

I expected way more for the price. It was fine for a short stay but the price made it seem like I’d be getting a high quality room. The room showed wear and tear, and there were just stains on carpet/upholstery. Extra blankets for the pullout sofa had holes, and the pullout sofa itself was in rough shape (and we’ve used a lot of hotel pullout sofas. This one was the worst we’ve ever used). Breakfast was not great. All in all, I think the staff work well to make the most of what the hotel offers but I feel a bit ripped off as far as price goes.

For us it was a stop over on our way to Sequoia NP. Location was convenient, breakfast was good. Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

Location and airport shuffle are great. However, the room and checkin staff were not so welcoming. We booked a suit and paid extra for the fifth guest but there were only three bath towels. The AC unit is right next to the bed so air was in our faces all night. There was o ly one person in the front

Close enough to downtown for easy uber rides. Much more economical than staying right downtown. Very clean. Good quality breakfast.

Staff were all excellent, especially the cleaning crew.

Location was good near the Link station and Angle Lake Park. Shuttle didn’t come through when it was needed, unfortunately.

We came in mid afternoon after check in time so room was ready. Very nice, clean and bright. Comfy beds. Our view was of the over full dumpster but that really didn’t shape my stay. Breakfast looked great in the morning. We had to rush off to the airport so no time but grabbed coffee. Hit the spot. Ordered delivery Chinese food from Lucky House. Eggrolls, vegetable fried rice and sesame chicken. Tons of food! But so good!

Great place, great service. The staff when out and beyond to help in every way they could and made our travel plans go smoothly

Airport shuttle was fabulous! The local restaurant shuttle was a bonus. 12 pm checkout was excellent too. Loved the front desk recommendations for restaurants were great.
