Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Sea-Tac Area

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom shower curtain needed to be replaced. It was very worn with lots of pulls in the material, The body wash container in the shower was empty, and we only had 3 towels even though our reservation was for 4. The shower was not clean either. The back wall had something on it. I’m not sure what it was. Kim checked me in, and she was not friendly at all. I typically stay at Marriott properties, and the front desk is always usually very friendly. They always acknowledge that I’m a member, even though it may not mean much. When we were leaving the hotel the next morning no one said anything to us as we were leaving.

Stayed in this hotel several times now. The bar is frustrating at best. I have been the first person in the bar and the 4th table served twice now. The last time I was there I sat there for 10 minutes while two servers walked all over the place but never addressed me. They were busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They never even brought me a water or said I will be right with you. Then one of them finished up and thurned to the people at the bar with food and drinks and started asking them if they needed more drinks. Still havent noticed me. Sitting in the middle of the bar. No water. Not even noticed. I finally left and went and ate at Wendy's just down the street. Then also bought water and candy at the convenience store next door. For a dollar less per item. Why do I need anything form Mariott at this point? To be fair, there was a bald bartender that was very attentive. Very friendly. When he wasn't there it was very different. Boo.

It was a good deal for the price. Room was clean and updated.

Jamerson at the front desk was great. Food in the resto was good and reasonably priced. Property location was quiet and grounds were serene. Downside was that there are 2 Courtyard properties near the Seattle Airport which created confusion and wasted time.

Quality hotel. Close to mall and plenty of food options.

Property was nice, rooms were nice. The pool was cold. We didn’t stay in it long. ( our toddler was freezing). Had to pay for parking and breakfast.

The property is well maintained and clean. Outdoor seating area was nice. Rooms were clean and just as pictured.

Room was very nicely laid out and clean. Close to airport It backs up to a freight train track. We unfortunately were given a room in the back The trains passed frequently, and were very loud. We were also given a room with an adjoining door. A family with a small noisy child was given the adjoining room and could be heard very clearly through the door

Everything was great except when we all had to vacate the premises because the fire alarm got pulled.

Beds were very comfortable. Everything was great. Helpful staff. The restaurant was excellent
