Run down.
-
The property was ok but the room had a strong musty when we first walked in. The microwave was dirty so we didn't use it. The cushions on the sofa bed were ripped at the seams. There were no extra toilet paper besides the one by the toilet. No extra bedding for the sofa bed - we have to walk all the way back to the front desk to pick it up. The breakfast was so-so with all the bananas too ripe to eat with black spots on every single one! Not a good experience!

-
Bed was comfortable and the end room #712 was a very nice change, more roomier.

Room was clean and well appointed. Property needs some upgrading. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I loved being able to walk up, down and around the grounds.

Very good

There’s so much room for improvement. The tub was gross. I very much needed a shower after a long drive and the tub had hard water and rust trails that could be cleaned if kept up with. The tub was painted white and easily could beseen with all the streaks from the paint. Probably wouldn’t be so noticeable if they used a couple coats of paint… the tub/shower walls was off white which is fine but moldy around the corners and around the soap holders. The toilet was clean, the shower curtain was clean. The room was a ground floor and there was many water stains on the ceilings. Bathroom, main room and kitchen area. Over by one of the queen beds had a very wet spot. The sheets and pillows all seemed clean. There was no bedding for the pull out couch. The dishes seem clean. The front door was not in good shape. It was rusted on the bottom and could see light from cracks between the door and frame; when the door was shut completely. Outside the property is falling apart. Weeds have taken over. The buildings needs some repairs and the stairs. It all could really use some repairs and renovations. The staff is friendly and welcoming! I checked in at almost 10 pm and super tired but the front desk staff was so nice and personable. Definitely the best part of this place. They should get raises just for that. The house keeper even said Good Morning back to me with a genuine smile. I appreciate that so much! I’d probably stay there again but bring my own cleaning supplies for that bathtub

Good for a short stay
-
the property needs a considerable improvement project to bring this up to a standard that any business traveler would feel comfortable and safe staying in. I did not stay. After checking in and seeing the worn carpets, mildew smell in the unit, old fixtures and upholstered furniture that looked worn and very overused, I decided to leave and find a suitable location for my 7-night stay in the area for work. I am surprised this is a Marriott property.

The staff are friendly and engaging. I felt their friendly greetings were sincere and they were actually happy to greet me.

The first night when I checked In @11:00 pm I got to my room and door swipe would not work . had to wait for front desk to bring me a new swipe . and the morning of check out (4:00 am) I had left my room to begin to load my belongings , when I went back to my room my swipe would not work again and went to front desk to get another to get the rest of my things and It would not work either . so after more swipe cards and many tries , I was told the door mechanism needed to be charged and I would have to leave my belongings there and they would have to be shipped to me.

I made a reservation in May for a 2 bedroom suite to sleep 4 adults and 1 child. I arrived to property on July 25th after 10 hour drive. Only rooms avaliable were 2 studio rooms. I ask could we at least be on the same floor, black guy at desk with glasses said no. Said that our room was oversold on expedia and it wasnt available. I asked for a discount, he said he couldn't do that either. It would still be the same price. So we were going to cancel. Then a guy named Eugene came along and said if we kept the rooms, he would provide a 50% discount. We agreed. Then we were looking for an ice machine. We were told that all ice machines were removed and you had to get ice from the front desk. So we go to front desk and the same black guy with glasses wanna give us 1 bag with a hand full of ice. Eugene stepped in to tell him we had 2 rooms and we needed more ice than that. At first I was upset then Eugene made it better

Is amazing service

Hotel was nice TV wasn’t working tho
-
The staff were very friendly and as were the guests. The rooms needed a little more dusting and the room had a little smell. But other than that would totally come back.
-
First, the staff was amazing. However, the room itself was below average. Horrible smell and the shower was covered in mold. The security latch was broken and the deadbolt didn't work. The room only had 2 towels and one wash cloth for 4 people. Breakfast was decent.
