Location and staff Uncomfortable bed, looked like mold in picture frame above bed, grab bar had clearly been grabbed in bathroom and was not flush with the wall.

The room was big Chairs in kitchen had not been cleaned out it had crumbs

Nicely laid out. In good condition Shower drain was clogged. Dog food in sofa bed. Sofa bed not very comfortable. Something spilled in freezer.

Well equipped rooms. Comfortable beds.

The furniture was clean, but well worn. There was a fly in the room that kept us awake all night. I cleaned cobbwebs in the corner of the room. Older furniture, worn, Carpeting had an odor. Fly in room that kept us awake. We had already changed rooms once related to a malodorous carpet, so endured the fly. We wish we would have changed rooms again. Staff was wonderful, so kind and professional!

The first night when I checked In @11:00 pm I got to my room and door swipe would not work . had to wait for front desk to bring me a new swipe . and the morning of check out (4:00 am) I had left my room to begin to load my belongings , when I went back to my room my swipe would not work again and went to front desk to get another to get the rest of my things and It would not work either . so after more swipe cards and many tries , I was told the door mechanism needed to be charged and I would have to leave my belongings there and they would have to be shipped to me.

I like everything about the Shelton Marriott Residence inn as far as the facility is concerned. The home away from home style is perfect for my family when we visit our relatives in Connecticut The price for the suite was well worth it. The housekeeping staff was rude! The maintenance staff was chatty but not in a good way. The front desk staff did their job but nothing more. I could have enjoyed my stay a lot more had I felt welcomed. Also, the people who actually live there seem to think they own the place! Long story short great facility! Poor faculty.

Shady people and crazy to charge 10.oo to park

Conveniently located. Staff were extremely friendly & accommodating. Room was well equipped. Reasonably priced The property could use an update! Charged for parking, which was never mentioned in the booking

Breakfast good tasting and many choices. Coffee bad. nice clean, comfortable room. too far away from main entrance since I did not have a car. door stuck in below zero weather. had to return to main lobby, get help, walk back to room in the cold, only to be told "yes it's cold today. this door sticks sometimes." not good for an elderly woman alone visiting a sister in the hospital.

Loved it all except breakfast Got to breakfast 40 minn before it was over and everything empty as far as hot items . When they refilled they only brought out a little bit not enough for all that were waiting and the girl was very nasty about it . It was a very disappointing end to an otherwise great stay

The kitchen was great The bathtub was rusty and in such bad shape none of us used it
