We always stay here when we visit South Bend. Comfortable beds, great breakfast, friendly staff, and roomy suites. The Peloton in the gym needs repair but otherwise no complaints.

An excellent facility in every respect. My only suggestion would be equip some rooms for older travelers with high-rise toilets and grab-bars in the showers. Anti-slip surfaces in tubs would also be welcomed in all rooms.

I stayed 7 days and never had housekeeping come to take out trash or refill coffee and coffee amenities, although I asked repeatedly. I asked for a wakeup call but did not receive one. The area is very nice with many restaurants close by.

Felt like an apartment, well sized & comfortable units. Breakfast was good value for money, simple but satisfying. My room was not serviced in 5 days so its not top priority for them.
