Beautiful Hotel, spacious suites.

Arrived very early without a car. Staff happy to help store luggage. Hotel was a long walk to downtown but convenient to shopping restaurants and the airport. Quiet clean comfortable stay with complimentary wine and appetizers thrown in.

The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The neighborhood is convenient to shopping, the airport and downtown Burlington. Breakfast is very satisfying. Highly recommend the hotel!

It was comfortable and clean. Nothing extravagant, could use a little updating.

Breakfast buffet had a lot of options. The couch was very uncomfortable. We used the pool and hot tub almost everyday of our stay, which we enjoyed very much. Housekeeping did a very nice job of throughly cleaning our room before and during our stay. Hotel lobby is very pretty.

Staff was very friendly and helpful when answering all of our questions regarding things to see, places to eat etc. Morning breakfast was decent and appreciated. Burlington and lake were of course beautiful.

If you are traveling to Portland make sure your car doors are locked and don’t leave valuables things in the car

We stayed while dropping off our student at UVM. This hotel was a really nice place of refuge from all the hustle and bustle around the university. It’s close to shopping and has solid breakfast options. The indoor pool and hot tub are well maintained. The staff a friendly and courteous… as are most people in Vermont. We will be back and plan to make this a regular stop.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, cleaning of communal areas was almost constantly undertaken and the breakfast was topped up regularly. The hotel is close to amenities, we walked to the mall on several occasions and there is plenty of free parking in the car park just over the road. The only things that could have improved our stay would have been a proper oven in the room, internet that reconnects automatically when you come back after a day out and somewhere to take our rubbish when the kitchen bin was full, with 4 adults and a child in the apartment we produced a bit over the week. Housekeeping was done half way through the week but we would still have liked to have been able to clear some rubbish ourselves. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was lovely and plenty big enough for us all, we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great about the hotel with the exception of piano music blasting out to the patio beginning at 7:00am and lasting well after 9:00pm. We chose a garden room overlooking the dining patio where the music gets piped in. Room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel staff was wonderful.
