Nice Size Room. Property was Well Maintained & Being Upgraded.

Although the hotel could use a refresh in some areas, it was clean and spacious. Lots of options at breakfast. Staff was really nice and helpful. It is close to the highway so although not very noisy, I would not call it quiet. Within walking distance to the Basketball Hall of Fame. Short drive to the Big E Fair.

Staff and breakfast were excellent. Very clean, great shower. We were supposed to be in an ADA room. They thought putting a shower stool in full bathtub (with sides) and widening the space between the beds made it ADA. Fail.

So clean and looked like new! I got a king suite and it was so spacious! Very friendly staff! Free Breakfast was good! Make your own waffles. Seating area to eat is beautiful with a big tv. Local to lots of things. View of Basket ball Hall of Fame right across the street. Indoor pool was very nice and clean. Plenty of seating. Only drawbacks were parking was very tight and noisy because it's near the highway. But it is Springfield so what do you want? Would definitely go back again! Price was really good for everything we got!

Arrived later in the day and found that the ac in our room was very smelly. The staff reacted swiftly and put me and my family up in a different room which was fine. Rooms are very spacious and were clean. Staff on all shifts were super friendly and helpful. Although there is a great little mini kitchenette, there are not dishes or utensils suitable to heat or eat food. Bear that in mind if your takeout comes in aluminum. You cannot heat the food in it. And ask for a set of single use utensils. The pool’s water did not look too clean with a milky surface. The included breakfast is mainly processed or sugary food.

There are some pending charges that concern me. I will wait till they clear or not. And I do believe the room was misquoted by about forty dollars

This is a very nice property that is within a half hour's walk of Springfield Armory National Historic Site and the historic downtown of Springfield. The property is very nice and our room was delightful with a very nice and large shower. The staff was very friendly. We usually have to ask for extra linens for the pullout sofa, but there was an extra set already in the closet when we arrived. Breakfast was varied and very tasty. Great coffee, fruit, eggs, meats, yogurt, etc. Overall, the property is excellently located and is very nice. We would definitely recommend it for a stay in Springfield. We were in need of laundry facilities at this point in our trip, but there aren't any guest-use laundry facilities in the hotel. They do offer laundry services, but they do it for you and it costs extra. We ended up using a laundromat that was about a five minute walk from the hotel to get some laundry done.

This hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff was awesome. I will definitely stay here again.
