It was clean. Free Breakfast should go until at least 11AM. I was surprised the employees didn't have uniforms. Too casual, unprofessional, and not representative of Hilton. Bed was lumpy and pillows too soft.

We also felt the bed was oddly placed. The tv was on the wall to the left of the bed.

Everything was good except everytime you flushed the toilet you'd hear a bang and loud whistling for about a minute. During the day it was fine but 4 people in a room cause I have kids, made it basically an alarm everytime someone used the bathroom. I called reported it but they said they didn't hear anything while they were on the ground floor and on the phone. I do have to say the property maintenance guys work hard and do alot to make the property great you can tell they take pride in there work. But 200 a night and no one wants to help kinda sucks and I was here 4 days.

Property is a good value for a 2 night stay. Close to everything that is Springfield and right off the highway. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included is particularly helpful on a Sunday morning departure where just about the only thing open for breakfast nearby is Starbucks. Most restaurants in the immediate proximity were closed for the day.

Stayed 2 nights which was probably enough to do what we wanted to do. Hotel great situation. Easy check in. Room was very clean as was hotel and bed very comfortable. Loved breakfast. All at reasonable price Nothing

Room was great, breakfast was great, the pool was not. Very small pool and very cloudy just seems like chlorine gets dumped in it and thats all the cleaning. Other than that everything else was great. Probably wouldn't stay there again if I'm traveling with my kids because they like to swim, but if its just me or me and my wife I might, the price for 2 nights was not bad.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel is a short walk to the Basketball Hall of Fame and restaurants.

The room and staff were great. Breakfast was also well done. Parking was a bit of a challenge. Parking. I had a truck and it is a tight fit and not many spaces.

All staff were extremely friendly. The hotel was very clean, and our rooms were too. We had a great weekend stay here for Ironman 70.3 Western Mass.
