everything was great, the only thing i did ask for towels To be brought up and had to end up going down . Besides that we enjoyed the stay.

The bed , sheets were clean and we had a microwave and mini fridge which helped. The staff were friendly and catered to my requests. The real problem is the washroom, it is too small and the towels were not big enough for average adult body. The breakfast items could be better or more healthier. There was always a smell as soon as you enter the door into the lobby and entry ways always. The stay did not feel worth the money , nonetheless we made our efforts to enjoy our time!

First off the whole interior of the building is very offdated, second the showers are old and if you're a tall person taller than 5'10" you bearly fit inside the tub cause shower head will be below your face plus the bathroom in general is very small and annoying, third the mattresses will beat up your entire body from being old and not supported and last the whole building smells old and dirty so by far this is the worst Quinta I had stayed in I give it a 3 out of 10

Okay for one night stay

All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It took a little longer at the front desk, but we had a family in front of us so, understandable. Otherwise, it was a pleasant day. The room was clean. And I got a good night sleep!

Isha was amazing! And the room was impeccable!

Slow check-in process. Thin wall. Very noisy. Crowded cold breakfast. Great bar tender! Good bar company. With six flags nearby, lots of kids. Good for families. Safe location. Dunkin in same parking lot is a plus.

The hotel is old. Main areas are very dirty. Room had old chipped and badly worn furniture. Bed was lumpy and not comfortable. Overall way too expensive for what it is. Location is awful homeless people sleeping in parking lot.

The shower drain was clogged even before I had used it for the first time and I was standing in dirty water after only a few minutes of running the water. I had to unclog the shower drain by hand and it was clearly still full of debris from previous guests. The shower pressure was very low and the temperature would fluctuate constantly from freezing cold to boiling hot. Overall the staff were nice, the bed was comfortable, and it was a convenient stay.

The bar in the lobby with all the seating was a great place for our group to gather. One night someone ordered pizza and that was great, not having to go out. I ordered it the next night and the only problem was that someone not part of our group thought it was free and tried to take off with one. We got it back.

Our room was brand new so everything was in excellent condition. Layout was great.Loved the kitchenette. The included breakfast was very limited so we did not partake. The neighborhood is dead.We had to drive to a different town for food. Local Paramount Pizza saved the day when we did not feel like going out. Overall nice stay.

I was told that a room would be reserved for an extra night because I had previously requested it, and the staff assured me a note had been added to my account. However, when I went downstairs to extend my stay, I was told that no such request or note existed. It was frustrating to receive conflicting information, especially after relying on what I had been told. Better communication between staff members would have prevented this inconvenience.
