The service was really disappointing. Breakfast took over 40 minutes, and I wasn’t even able to eat it because it never arrived and I had to leave, even though it had already been paid for. The front desk staff were not helpful or service-oriented either. Overall, a very poor customer service experience.

I love everything about it. The only thing was a little hectic was parking. Once I figured it out. It was Great would stay here again ❤️

Location Property looks the same as it did when I stayed there in 1991. Walls so think that kids in next room playing woke me at 5am

I loved how close the location was to the train station. Also the pool stayed open until 10pm which was great. Visiting from New York this hotel is in my list to return.

Very short stay but very clean. Room temperature could have been better adjustable. Temperature read 70 and after lowering thermostat temperature never moved so it was- bit uncomfortable

It was a great location! Right in downtown, but also very close to connecting highways.

While the hotel rooms were clean, the noise was almost unbearable. We booked the hotel for one night so that my daughter could take an early morning test in Springfield. When we checked in, it was so loud from the bar/restaurant that I could barely even hear the desk clerk. Then we stayed on the 16th floor and there were loud voices and teenagers (or maybe adults) in the hallway until around 3am. Lastly, the HVAC wasn't turned on when we arrived so it was 77 degrees in the room. When I turned it on, it made a loud noise the entire time it was running. After a few hours it got down to 72 degrees and I had to turn it off because it was so loud and we really needed to sleep. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you need a good night of sleep.

The hotel is fine but every time you book a room with Hotels.com expect to get the room next to elevator and/or ice machine even if you are a Bonvoy member.
