Newly-renovated rooms in what you can tell is an older property in downtown Springfield. Has full restaurant, bar, pool, and gym, so it's good for business and personal travelers alike. Walking distance to MGM casino and museums.

It was accessible to the highway and near where I was visiting. It smelled awful. They use some products to clean the rooms that leave the place with a strong chemical smell. I am sure all germs were destroyed but I did not enjoy staying here and will avoid it in the future. The staff did what they could to make us comfortable but the Hotel Corporation has made some bad choices.

Difficult to regulate room temperature, walls are thin and floor was extremely noisy. Didn’t know we had to pay additional for parking. Breakfast Buffett charges additional for coffee

The room and breakfast, plus lunch/dinner were very good to excellent. Parking was not good plus I just do not like parking garages with walls or a circle wall. The telephone in my room was not plug-in, but maintenance quickly fix that situation.

One negative: the room was very dark and there wasn't anything you could do about it. The bedside lamps were weak and there was no overheadighting.
