The cleaning ladies attention to detail left a lot to be desired. We drink coffee in the morning. The next morning. There was no coffee, no cups, no water left for us. Sounds trivial but it means a lot when you want a coffee.

We stayed at the MGM grand when my mother was in the hospital at Baystate Medical Center. To be fair, we did arrive late (around 9:30pm) The area around the hotel seemed dangerous with yong men riding around on motorbikes ignoring all traffic lights atc. There were several police officers. There is not a front entrance. We went through the parking lot. There is a very long walk. Little signage and a forlorn scene of lonely a lot machine users. The staff made a mistake with the keys. The rooms were fine but dark. Overall I was surprised to feel unsafe, and at the same time a depressing and portly signposted cavernous empty casino.
