MGM Springfield

Overly priced but decent stay. Room was not as clean as it should be. Very selective channels. No microwave. You’re very limited here and I’m sure they do it on purpose. It was an okay stay.

Great room, staff, and amenities. Room doesn’t always stay cold even when thermostat was set to minimum 65 degrees. Big room and bathroom with lots of space for two. Casino is very nice but machines are very tight. We loved the onsite bowling alley.

A special shoutout to Brenda at the lobby bar—she was absolutely exceptional! Friendly, attentive, and welcoming, she truly made our visit even more enjoyable. The casino itself was amazing. It was clean, smoke-free, and had a great atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to spend several hours. My only criticism is the beverage service while gambling. We played for hours during a time when cocktail service was still available, yet we never had a server come by to offer drinks. Improving drink service on the casino floor would make the experience even better. The dining was another highlight. Costa was excellent, and The Chandler Steakhouse delivered a fantastic steakhouse experience with outstanding food and service. Overall, we had an excellent visit and would absolutely return. Clean accommodations, exceptional staff, a beautiful casino, and great restaurants made for a memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel

The staff were very friendly. but everything closed super early so the pool and hot tub were closed at 8 p.m. plus after midnight no food options. the uber drop offs are across the property. It will take quite some time to get across to the hotel itself.

We saw a show at the Massmutual Center and you could not beat the location. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. If I’m ever in Springfield again, I would definitely stay again!

My only comment has more to do with the Expedia messaging service as I had thought I confirmed joining rooms via the message service with someone from MGM but when we got there they didn’t know how I’d received those messages and they did not have any joining rooms available. So that felt misleading via the messaging sent through the Expedia app.

I stayed here for convenience of location for a business trip and not for the casino. There was easy parking, the rooms were great, and there was a heated pool and hot tub, Would definitely return next time I’m in the area.

Excellent. Clean. Comfortable. Unique. The only negatives were the far walk from the parking garage to the hotel and restaurant s were just ok as far as food quality. Hotel stay was so good that I'm still giving 5 stars.

Lovely hotel! I love the style & decor from top to bottom. Self parking is great! The rooms were so cozy & stylish! I will be back!

Parking was very convenient but the parking garage was quite dirty.

WE'll your ATM are hidden or so far apart every time I need to use one it was a project to find one . And to get your free play ,that's a project by it self . I got there around 6pm and only seen waitress go by me 2 times . Machines were terrible only seen 2 people win over $500. I was told its Sunday Give Away and they never pay .You would think when you got people driving hours away you could ease up nope .

Clean room, staff was very helpful and accommodating.

This was our first time here. The hotel and casino are beautiful! The rooms are so gorgeous, and extremely clean!
