Close to colleges Did not feel safe at this location. People walking around parking lot looking in vehicles and approaching you. Hotel does NOT have inside or outside security staff.

I usually stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, no matter where I go just so happened. The one in Springfield Massachusetts was the one I went to this time and I must say it did not disappoint me. The staff were helpful. The place was very clean room was extremely clean and it just happens to sit to me in a prime location with any amenity that you can’t find in a hotel you can find outside of a hotel not to mention right across the parking lot from the basketball Hall of Fame. I’d recommend it toeveryone.

We stayed here because we were visiting the parks. Only about a 15 min drive to six flags. My only complaint would be the AC system. It shuts on and off during the night it’s annoying and if you are a light sleeper it will wake you up every time.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. My biggest complaint is the height of the toilet we had in our bathroom, very low to the floor.
