It was nice

Clean rooms, however the pool could use some attention.

Hotel itself was ok. Only one working elevator, so took a long time to get in or out. Carpark was a considerable walk, the spaces around the hotel were always taken. Lots of construction work around the hotel, which wasnt mentioned on booking, so no peace at all from 6.45am till 6pm. Woken every day at 6.45am.

Decent stay, but no parking had to park down the road in a parking garage.

Great breakfast, pool and room. Elevators were down. There was no parking by the building.

First off, parking was minimal, the lobby had no air conditioning and I was told the owner refused to have it fixed. It was 85 degrees in the lobby and everyone was complaining about it. There was only 1 small elevator working and when I say small, you could barely fit in with a luggage cart. I was told the other elevator has been out of order for awhile and once again the owner refused to fix it.

Would stay here again!

The staff was very helpful, I enjoyed breakfast. I do recommend you guys adding water as an option for breakfast. The room was clean.

Clean room and great breakfast, but the location was extremely noisy. My family did not sleep well as a result.

Always friendly staff. In the years I have stayed there I have never had a bad experience. Only thing annoying is the parking situation. For the first time, I had to park in the overflow parking down the street, Walking distance about 3mins from hotel, wasn't a fan. Everything else is great. Beds are super comfy. Best sleep you'll get!

Room was good until the TV mount ripped off the wall. But the maintenance was very good at getting it fixed quickly thank you Paul maintenance give that man a raise. Can't say the same for the two girls at the front desk for the i believe was the second shift when I first checked in I requested a cart for our luggage and the girl at the front desk said she was going to get us one i returned to the front desk and asked if she got us one and she just responded with a NO. I'm like wow we are customers this is something that should be available for your quest and why is there only one elevator working? And Parking was not good almost two neighborhood blocks of a walk to get it parked and then same to get your car in the morning. The whole front street and pavement is all under construction. We are always a family that travel quite a bit to Massachusetts we visit our family and we always book a hotel. But sorry for the future this will not be a pick for our next stay.

Check in staff was very grumpy and may have had a long day but so did we and she clearly didn’t want to be there. Room was clean and so was the bathroom. One broken elevator made it difficult to get to our floor particularly during the peak time. The lobby air conditioner didn’t work and it was super hot and comfortable during breakfast to the point we noticed people were taking their breakfasts to their rooms. Outside construction looked hazardous with potential liabilities for visitors to get hurt and cause issues for the hotel. Parking was relatively convenient as we didn’t have large luggage’s to haul.

Great place to stay

The parking situation is a little annoying. And only 1 elevator was working. The outside of the hotel at night though damn. So loud. Not the hotels problem. I guess ask for a room on the back side.

Staff were great. Disappointed with the parking. There is construction going on so you have to park down the street. It is free just less convenient.
