Can’t really get sleep with motorcycles blasting past the hotel at 3 am banging off the Rev limiter. Nothing against the hotel besides needing a better noise reduction solution. I’d just avoid Springfield in general

I was greeted by Selena and her friendly professional staff at check in! They went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family by trying to get us checked in before 4pm since we were traveling from afar! The rooms were clean, nice bedding, soft pillows, and excellent buffet breakfast! I even enjoyed the soap they had in the bathroom so much that I ordered it as soon as I got home! The parking garage is currently under construction but we were still accommodated which was perfect! We plan to visit again soon and looking forward to another wonderful experience!

Comfortable room and a great location. I arrived 4 hours early and they were able to give me my room at that time. Very pleasant stay overall.

We checked in super late and the person at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful! I seen some complaints about the parking. The fact it’s free and covered is a plus, but there is a police station if your worried about safety. I would recommend and stay again if in the area!

Staff is amazing from the front desk to the maintenance and the housekeeping crew. The lady that tends to the breakfast is also great. 6-10 for breakfast very good hours. Pool is small but open until 10 which is also great. Gym is small but has the essentials and is open 24 hours. Free parking not too far away. Right next to mgm casino and the museums. 15 minutes to 6 flags. Bed was comfortable rooms could use a little updating. Have stated before and will start again.

Staff were very helpful. There was 1 working elevator for a 8 story building. The working elevator probably fit 4-5 adults, so the wait for the elevator was horrible. The parking is 3 city blocks away, in a very desolate area. Didn’t feel comfortable walking the area alone at night.

The breakfast was good. A little better than the normal hotel spread. The staff in the breakfast room were really good, attentive. The parking situation was terrible. I had understood there would be onsite parking. I have photos of the street parking and the lot that is available to guests 3 blocks away. As a single older female walking at night, I did not feel secure. The only onsite parking is on the street outside (4 spots), street around the corner (5 spots ) and in the alley behind (6 spots). The lot was dark, scary and 3 blocks away. The streets nearby are under construction. I feel like i should get some of my $ back.

Parking is not at the property. Pool is on the smaller side. Breakfast is great, with healthier options such as omelettes, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruits.

The room was very clean and spacious though and housekeeping and reception staff were great! The breakfast was amazing! There were a couple of great places to eat within walking distance!
