very comfortable rooms and nice breakfast. very nice staff Due to construction in the area all the parking to drop off luggage was blocked including the handicapped parking. I have a handicapped daughter. We had to carry our luggage from the parking garage 2 blocks to the hotel. I would have liked an advanced notice about this issue. Also, noise from construction continued into the night.

Comfortable, basic amenities were there, breakfast included was helpful The parking situation and needing to walk a bit and deal with parking slip and moving belongings so not a huge deal but less convenient.

The staff was amazing:) It is a little sketch around the area, and they had someone try to get a key to my room in then middle of the night - but they called me and did not - grateful for their diligence. Walls are thin, but the beds and pillows were very clean and very comfortable - had earplugs which took care of the noise:) Again front desk staff was GREAT!!

Nice place in a great location. Had fun at the pool.

Breakfast was great, room was great, very comfortable bed. Great location in the city as well, near many things to do. Welcoming staff when we arrived and off-site parking was easy to find. No real loading/check-in spot that we found, there was only one functioning elevator, and only a couple of carts for lots of luggage. Any one thing wasn't too bad but all together it made it difficult to unload the car and then load it again the next day.

I originally planned on staying one night, but had a family emergency that meant I needed to come to town a day early. I wasn't able to change the dates of my original booking to lengthen my stay, so I just booked another night separately. I worried that I'd have to check out and back in because I had two different bookings, but the front desk staff was able to handle it as one booking and keep me in the same room both nights (so convenient!) The hotel's location was good--close to the casino and nearby restaurants, walkable to and from the bus station. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and very much fit the bill of what I needed in Springfield. I would stay here again.

I had to walk approximately two blocks to park my car.Not good .One of the two slow elevators was out of order.Room rates are too pricey. I wouldn’t recommend.

The room was very clean. Did not care for the parking. Breakfast was great.

Pool and breakfast. Breakfast wasn’t a full spread but the basics was just enough to get the day started Area was kinda ghost town but casino across the street and there was a city block party.

The location was good. Everyone that worked there was very nice. It’s starting to show it’s age.

The work on the property to improve parking made parking a bit tricky. But staff were super helpful! It was a bit more “downtown” than I thought it would be. But noise was not a problem.

Elevator did not work the entire time we were there. Very inconvenient without one of the elevators working.

Parking is only a block away. The casino is 2 blocks away.

Clean, location, friendly staff. Parking is tough.

Did not like the parking. Lot of construction in the area. Safety to from the assigned parking was a concern at times. The rain didn't help the situation either. During the construction period a small shuttle to the parking lot would help. A multi passenger golf cart would be ideal.
