Nice room, comfy beds, good breakfast. Just parking situation was offsite, which was a little inconvenient but manageable.

Beds are comfy, rooms and bathrooms are clean. Breakfast was perfect. Would just need water bottles in the fridge of the room to make our stay perfect !

Staff was very helpful! I was not feeling well and they were able to accomodate an early check in! Breakfast was very good as well.

Bathroom was also a very nice size. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator. This hotel is centrally located. We walked to the Springfield museums and to Red Rose pizza for dinner. Additionally, it was easy to drive to and park. Breakfast was great.

Staff was very friendly. Needed a very late check out and they were very accommodating. The free breakfast was excellent. Parking was tight because of construction in the area. Very pleased though. Excellent value.

The property is situated in an ideal location with a lot of places to eat within walking distance. Also if you are not driving the Uber is a reliable and reasonable way to travel especially if your family is going to six flags new england. The staff was very pleasant and helpful when asking for information. The free breakfast and coffee was excellent with good choices of breakfast items. Would stay here and recommend.

Would stay again but be prepared to most likely have to park a block away. Unless you get very lucky there is incredibly limited on site parking.

The hotel itself was great. The room was beautiful and large. The only issue was the limited parking which created a little anxiety trying to park. The hotel did provide a voucher for parking around the corner from the hotel but would have preferred to park on the hotel property.
