Restaurant only open at breakfast Pool broken and couldn’t even swim Bar had only 5 choices on the menu and service was awful The whole experience was awful. We will never stay there again!

The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We didn’t make it to the pool. The buffet was actually great but the pub was disappointing. They had a set menu with very limited options. It would be nice to have more options than just sandwiches.

Bad enough that the convention I attended arranged for a low budget breakfast buffet the didn’t even pull that off. The bread was still frozen in the middle. The scrambled eggs were unrecognizable. Crumbs of eggs. I’m guessing no eggs were lost in the process of making this breakfast. Then, they didn’t keep it up until the end of the time.

Staff was very nice and helpful Having to pay for parking is ridiculous. Could not use the lobby bathroom without having a key, made it a very uncomfortable experience. Understand that Springfield is a high crime area but to go to a Sheraton and made to feel unsafe was beyond unacceptable/. Sheratons are beautiful hotels and if the area is not safe there should have been security and to charge for parking was ridiculous.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The problem was with the room. The thermostat was not working properly so it was reaching 71° in the room even though it was set well below that. In addition, the sink was clogged. In short, a decent hotel which needs some upgrades.

Huge room and large bathroom. Very comfy bed. Big desk for your computer. Room was near the highway but it was quieter than I expected…not really an issue. Had a good one-night stay.

Super-hot on the 11th floor, the little fan I had to ask for from front desk wasn't enough. guest was told to open windows for air as well. couldn't sleep because of heat and noise. felt like a night in hell due to heat rising room temp was 92 degrees that night. no other issues.
