That it had a fridge in a microwave. The breakfast was pitiful. They had cereal with no milk too frequently. They had waffles, some yogurt, some canned fruit, bagels, and toast. There was coffee and two kinds of juices but the orange juice sometimes was just pure water or by and large water. That was their breakfast. I didn't like the nasty, perpetual wet spot next to my bed. There's something flung on the ceiling above my bed. The door cards discharged randomly or were keyed wrong. Every single day, we had to go down and get them to rekey our cards. The external trash bins were not emptied every day and were sometimes absolutely overflowing. Housekeeping never offered to come and change the sheets on the bed for an entire 8 days or to change the towels out. They gave us one roll of toilet paper and a little bit on the next roll for eight days for two people. We had to bring our own toilet paper. The freezer inside the refrigerator is broken. The air conditioning unit is excessively loud and in this heat you have to have that going.

The room was old a very run down. Only 2 towels for the 3 of us in a room for 4. The sheets were questionably clean. In the morning there were ants lover the counter. The only food we brought in the room was our sealed water bottles and one item we placed in the fridge.

Wonderful hotel, great location

I didn’t like that the swimming pool was it had dirt and bugs in it. You couldn’t swim in. It paid a little more for the room to have. Hot tub in the room, but the AC in the front room blew out warm air, even though it was turned as low as it would go.

Very poor

Peeling paint and rotted wood trim in the bathroom and the sink had drain flies. Walked into the breakfast "guest room" and turned around and walked right back out and went to the Waffle House next door. Better to tear this one down and start over.

The staff was nice, good location The bathroom needed to be updated and all that had stains on it. The AC door was broken. When you lifted it up it wouldn't open, the: locked for the door was messed up and it's hard to open. I asked for a broom on the bottom floor because I'm handicapped and I didn't get one. You couldn't use the phone to call down to to have them call you at a certain time like a wake up call cuz the phone wasn't even hooked up The plugins for the your phone charger you can even plug in anything you had to do it halfway and then wiggle it because the plug-in didn't work very well.

Nothing, because they are to lazy to post on their web site, if you live to close you can't stay at their hotel. It's called prejudice towards travelers whom live within 60 miles or less. Sad they don't like money! More sad they have to treat locals as if we are all worthless humans not worthy of their hotel. The front clerk was not to bad till she decided she wanted to speak in a language she thought I didn't know cause I'm just a dumb white country local. I wouldn't stay at the hotel if they paid n begged me to stay. Horrible people have to treat fellow humans in such matters.
