Great location, friendly service, and wonderful value.

The tv didn’t work so they offer me 20% but never get it even after asking a lot

Totally okay. No frills. Clean and fine. Solo female traveler, felt safe although maybe not in the best area. Had an issue at check in, since I booked through Expedia, they couldn’t find my confirmation and wanted me to pay again. Definitely felt like I was bothering them and they kept telling me I was wrong even though I had the Expedia confirmation and my bank account pulled up where I had already paid them. They ended up calling the manager and figuring it out but it took a while and I didn’t feel the most welcomed by the experience.

This location. The facility itself needs alot of work. Its dated and not well kept. Not what I expected from Redroof in other locations.

The gal at the desk was trying Our room was flooded, we were given towels to clean it up, when asked if we wanted to change rooms, she acted surprised that we said yes and that we didn't want to stay in a room that was flooding from the air conditioner.

Very disappointed with our stay. We booked this room over two months in advance and our reservation clearly showed we were traveling with children. This hotel has no elevator, and despite seeing another guest receive a first-floor room right before us, we were told there were no first-floor rooms available. We then had to carry our luggage, baby items, and tired children upstairs. The room itself was in poor condition. There were cracked floor tiles, cracked switch and outlet covers, a damaged shower handle (my child cut her hand on bad also from this and was bleeding), and generally noticeable maintenance issues throughout the room. The photos speak for themselves. To make matters worse, the room only had one towel and one roll of toilet paper for our family when we arrived. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and the lack of consideration for families, especially at check-in, made for a frustrating experience. I would not choose to stay here again. Overall you see pictures taken and it’s not that spacious at all. A lot of maintenance needs to be done and definitely don’t stick families on second floor if you don’t have a elevator.

The water in the shower worked. The roof in our room was falling apart. There was no soap or shampoo in our room or bathroom. The room was sorry. The floor had garbage eft on it when we came in. The beds were old and uncomfortable. The room had a pungent odor.

Decent hotel.

The staff was great! However, the TV & shower head was not! TV did not work well at all. When it had some life, it would not turn off! We had to unplug it! Shower head needed to be replaced. Good location
-
Simple clean room smelled damp, which with weather was understandable. Staff was helpful and made sure all was ok. All in all just what you needed nothing to fancy or lousy. Just right.

It was not very expensive and close to a number of restaurants.
-
Just there for a quick overnight stay but great room for the price. Clean, friendly desk staff was comfortable and quiet. Would stay again.

The coffee maker in the room did not work. TV screen was not as clear. Shower head needs to be updated. The bed was really comfortable though! And the night time staff was wonderful!!

Nothing. Tv wasn't on the correct input. The cable box was mounted in such a way i had to stand up and stretch my arm all the way to change the channel. The first remote had been chewed on rather aggressively and some kid in the early evening pulled the fire alarm which went off twice and when I went down to the check the girl at the front desk was yelling at other folks to go back to our rooms as the manager attempted to disable it as it was broken by the child and a dog had been barking in the room beside us up until we left early

The front desk was very helpful with accommodating a later check-in for me after some car trouble. Room was pretty small & was overall clean, but definitely gave off grungy vibes.
