Felt like home.

Okay staff okay to. Lots of drug addicts around the location

This is a budget hotel and is no-frills of course. The small room and queen bed was fine, but the desk chair upholstery was completely shot. The TV was on when I arrived and the remote would not turn the TV off - so I had to unplug the set to be able to sleep. Certainly signs of wear in the room and around the property. I would consider staying again if it was a very bargain price.

Place was quiet.

The hotel is not maintained, some paints peeling off the wall, some lights in the room are not working and the television barely works

I would stay there again

The room looks fairly updated and has nice wood flooring. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. The bathroom needs updating - it looks like something from the 80s. The back door of the building does not close unless you forcefully pull it shut, so that was a safety concern (yet there is a threatening note posted for guests forbidding them to prop it open...uhhh, no need...). The fence around the property is falling apart and has gaps in it. I would spend a little more and go elsewhere next time.

The tv didn’t work so they offer me 20% but never get it even after asking a lot

Totally okay. No frills. Clean and fine. Solo female traveler, felt safe although maybe not in the best area. Had an issue at check in, since I booked through Expedia, they couldn’t find my confirmation and wanted me to pay again. Definitely felt like I was bothering them and they kept telling me I was wrong even though I had the Expedia confirmation and my bank account pulled up where I had already paid them. They ended up calling the manager and figuring it out but it took a while and I didn’t feel the most welcomed by the experience.

This location. The facility itself needs alot of work. Its dated and not well kept. Not what I expected from Redroof in other locations.

Our room was flooded, we were given towels to clean it up, when asked if we wanted to change rooms, she acted surprised that we said yes and that we didn't want to stay in a room that was flooding from the air conditioner.

Very disappointed with our stay. We booked this room over two months in advance and our reservation clearly showed we were traveling with children. This hotel has no elevator, and despite seeing another guest receive a first-floor room right before us, we were told there were no first-floor rooms available. We then had to carry our luggage, baby items, and tired children upstairs. The room itself was in poor condition. There were cracked floor tiles, cracked switch and outlet covers, a damaged shower handle (my child cut her hand on bad also from this and was bleeding), and generally noticeable maintenance issues throughout the room. The photos speak for themselves. To make matters worse, the room only had one towel and one roll of toilet paper for our family when we arrived. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and the lack of consideration for families, especially at check-in, made for a frustrating experience. I would not choose to stay here again. Overall you see pictures taken and it’s not that spacious at all. A lot of maintenance needs to be done and definitely don’t stick families on second floor if you don’t have a elevator.
