Holiday Inn Express & Suites Springfield North by IHG

I've stayed here twice with family and a dog. It's very clean, friendly staff, and overall great experience.

Indoor pool was freezing. Heater must need replaced.

Was very disappointed with the breakfast, breakfast says its open till 10am, came down at 9:15am and most of the food was gone and they started to clean and put the food away, even started to close the door at 9:40am. Phones don't connect to the front desk, rang busy at all times. The sheets were dirty/stained. Was not worth the money.

A nearby venue appeared to be playing music earlier in the evening, and while I can’t say for certain, the combined noise made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. This was especially frustrating since we were just passing through and needed to get up early. If you’re looking for a quiet place to rest, this may not be the best option, though the hotel itself was otherwise good. Breakfast was good too.

Amazing location for an overnight. You walk in to great staff, super clean hotel and we got to our room and didn’t want to leave the beds, they were super comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious. If we ever drive by this side again, we’ll definitely stay here again! Everything was great!

Good location (quiet) with great parking. Clean facility and staff was exceptional. Nothing.

This is completely our fault, but we went to breakfast at 9:45, and it ends at 10. I guess I feel like it should offer everything UNTIL 10, but many things were just completely gone.

Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable but they need to upgrade the pillows.

Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Very helpful and timely support. Our room was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, plenty of clean towels and toiletries. We had our small dog with us and it was very comfortable and convenient. The grassy area was perfect for our pup. Would definitely stay here again! Actually will probably rebook when we return through this area in a few weeks. Can’t think of anything
