The rooms were clean and updated

Sink started to fill up anytime you used it. The shampoo and conditioner are in pouches instead of bottles. And the blankets were covered in holes. Property also doesn't have an elevator and we had to walk up 3 floors to get to our room with kids. The vending machines did not work and they only took cash for any drinks.

Recently remodeled, so new carpet, bed, paint. Pet friendly. Charged a pet fee that was not disclosed when booked, no elevator, very sparsely furnished. Breakfast was just prepackaged pastries, cereal, and toast. 1st day we couldn't find the breakfast room.

Staff was friendly

Microwave didn't work half the light didn't work. Was very unimpressed with the hotel.

The room was very clean and I really enjoyed the Route 66 decor motif.

The TV in my room didn't work for whatever reason. None of the 'movies' channels had any information available or could I even access the channels to watch. For 4 days and 3 nights I couldn't even watch anything.

Staff took to long to fix a problem with the room

Front desk Clerk was very rude. Got mad at me for requesting for a Paper receipt. Threatened to kick me for asking for one. After the argument over me requesting for paper receipt.i realized I left my room key locked in my room. When I request a key card to get in to remove my stuff and leave he told me no. That me isn't his problem after the rude treatment I went outside a called the police to get help with getting a key. He told the police that I yelled at him that why he didn't help me. All I wanted was a paper receipt there was no reason for the way I was treated. I made a mistake a left a key in my room getting told to leave for asking a simple request then not being allowed in my room with having the police help me get a key is very unprofessional. I will never stay there again. I have filed a report with super 8 corporate office.

Small property and had been refurbished. Room was very nice. Comfortable bed. Not great as far as a morning breakfast. Just the basic cereal, juice and coffee.

Newly remodeled rooms. Clean and quiet. NO ELEVATOR!!! Staffs English was not good! The deposit was more then the nightly rate and takes 4 business days to get cleared!!!

Had Blood on our comforter and took forever for someone to come and check us in.

Room was not too bad, what you could expect for the price. I did not however expect the additional charge of $150 for breakages. I also booked the room with breakfast included, but that is NOT INCLUDED, or even offered at the property. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. She offered me $10 to go buy breakfast at another hotel. Check out was a nightmare, waited 30 minutes and had to ring the bell 200 times. After having a argument with the indian lady, she refused to check me out. Eventually had to leave the property without checking out. AvOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COST!!!

We got here about 1am to sleep so we could continue in the morning. I've made more money for worse hotels than this. I was pleasantly surprised with the furniture, cleanliness, etc. of this hotels.

Staff attempted to double charge me for the payment I'd already made through your service. As a result I was unable to stay and had to find lodgings elsewhere.

Nothing fancy and ok on the clean. Check in took a while getting everything keyed into the computer and getting all your personal information
