The place was gorgeous but they wouldn’t let me pay with my Chime card……. Very disappointing because it’s no different than any other banking debit card.

I liked everything. I didn't like the pillows on the bed, need new ones and I didn't like the breakfast options, other that that everything was great!

No microwave, No free parking,...

Staff very helpful. I have stayed there about 5 times over the past year and it has been consistent. Mostly clean and this assessment is by someone who has high standards and would not have stayed again if it was not.

Excellent Stay! I will be booking at this hotel again:)

The hallway smelled on floor two. It was kind of like the greasy, hot part of a restaurant kitchen. The rooms were really stark. It gave me "youth hostel" vibes and I like a little comfort when I travel. However my bed was clean and comfortable and the common areas were very hip and nice.

Stayed at this property multiple times over the years and it seems tired and warned out. Annoyed there was only one towel in room for 2 people, 2 queen bed room. Had to call down to get additional towels.

Very good

Be aware that parking is not included, you have to pay for an outside lot next door.

Lots of public space in the main and upper lobbies. Excellent workout room. Very clean in all areas. Comfortable bed. Valet and self serve parking are $20/night. No options.
-
Very noisy. Could hear doors slamming and toilets flushing all night. Floor of shower was extremely slippery when wet and soapy. Black out roll shade was broken at one end and did not block the light. Bed frame popped and cracked loudly when you repositioned in bed. Employees were nice and helpful. Room was uncomfortable and loud.

Amazing stay again. Clean and quiet. Good location. Good facilities

When you walk in it smells heavenly. The valet staff are very helpful and talkative. The front desk staff are quick and pleasant. The room was clean and organized. However the hallways on the floors are a little too dark for my taste and safety.

Location. When we checked in there were big white stains all over the couch in the bedroom, a black sticky substance on the floor, TV was broken (just displayed a blue screen), less than half a roll of toilet paper, toilet paper holder was broken, 2 towels for a family of 4. Unfortunately the sticky substance was still there even after we asked them to clean it twice, and the stains on the couch as well. We asked multiple times to please move rooms and they said there were so many that were "Out of Order", and the ones that were available also had stains on the couches. We also found big clumps of hair in the pool multiple times. Parking was not free, $20 a day. Breakfast was frozen meals heated up.
