No restaurant on site. Not the most friendly front desk staff. And another guest was banging on my hotel room door at 12pm on a Thursday night.
-
Room could’ve been cleaner. 30$ for parking or 38$ for valet. Was not expecting to pay for parking.
-
Clean rooms.
-
The staff was excellent is assisting with whatever you needed and was very helpful with attractions around the area.
-
I wouldn't stay again, cleaning issues and very cheap spring in your back beds, canceled 2nd night. Positive was no bugs and breakfast was very good. Otherwise not worth the cost.
-
Hotel doesn't have breakfast like Marriott Element few feet away , open bathroom concept isn’t acceptable lack of privacy, parking lot is attached to the property but is not connected, you need to go around the block. Not a good value for the price.
-
Breakfast was great with a good amount of options. There were nice activities for guests but could use a little maintenance or upgrading on the game room area. The fitness center was good
-
it was a great hotel, very trendy and modern and urban. I really liked it a lot. Most of the front desk. Staff was awesome. However, I was confused about how to use the breakfast voucher. I did message the team and I never got a response so I missed the first day of breakfast that I paid for, but other than that, the day was great. The TV was amazing. The mattress was comfortable. It was all around a pretty cool day would recommend.

Great location for our needs. plenty of street parking so we opted for that. Rooms were large with a great layout. Loved the TV on the wall after a long day.
-
The staff who were there were helpful but it was clearly understaffed in general. No housekeeping across 3 nights so we asked for more towels on the last day. The parking was expensive and had a difficult app for calling up your car. Also the app had a suggested tip of $7 and added a fee every time you used it to tip valet.
-
Very nice property and rooms were clean. Modern and up to date. Front desk night clerk was very nice and helpful with surrounding restaurants. Parking is expensive for an open lot with no security.
-
Staff were courteous!

This style of room doesn't work for me. Two tiny dresser drawers, and an exposed pipe to hang things on. The ridiculous layout makes space you want to use cramped while having empty space that isn't helpful. Parking is extra, hallways are very dark between the overhead lights. Hotel appear to be aimed at backpack travelers.
-
The room and lobby was very clean, pet friendly, helpful staff. Downside: noisy. Very noisy. Heard every person, door and footstep above, below and near us. Additional parking fee. Limited breakfast menu and kinda pricy.
-
Hotel staff was friendly, room and property were clean. Parking is easier than most city hotels. Coffee shop across the street is closed on weekends but there are plenty near by.
-
Wonderful room and hotel. Mattress could be better.
-
The staff during check in were welcoming. The room was clean. And the bed was very comfortable. I asked for extra blankets and they were very quick bringing them to me.
-
Bathroom was dirty Parking was horrible Parking costs $30 extra per night to park in a parking lot and walk around the main street and around an abandoned building to get to the front door of the hotel. I've stayed at Aloft before.... This was disappointing and a downgrade
-
Very clean and fun! The pool table and dart board gave us hours of fun!
-
Marijuana friendly outside is a great thing
