The ladies at the front desk were super helpful and kind. Our room was having trouble with the AC so they moved us to a nicer room. The hotel has ample, well lit parking and is a great location. They have breakfast each day and pizza delivery comes right up to the room. The beds are comfortable. This is a quiet area and we slept great each night.

The air conditioning doesn't work, they changed our room and anyway it didn't work. The heat was horrible, everything else was fine.

The air conditioning was not working in any of the guest rooms. Not only was this not communicated beforehand, staff continued to feed us half-truths about its status. We were in town for an outdoor music festival, and it was over 80° in our rooms, so we never even had a chance to cool down. Finally, upon checkout, the desk worker mentioned nonchalantly that the air had been off that entire week! Never once was that communicated to us. We had to practically beg for a fan for the room. They decided to “comp” us one night of our stay, which of course was the less expensive night and not the one when it was most insufferable in the room. I have been attempting to get the second night refunded, but the hotel has been unresponsive to any requests. All in all, it could have been a great place, in a good location, but the trip was ruined by a lack of communication, outright lies, and unwillingness to help guests.

HOTEL: Never saw a cleaning crew during our stay. Trash was in the hallway leading to our room for 3 straight days. Elevator floors were dirty and were in need of a good mopping. FOOD: We didn’t try the breakfast or the restaurant due to the unkempt condition of the hotel. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

We realized that the room we were staying in was previously occupied by smokers. They left a window open and we realized it was used by the smokers who left their cigarette butts in a box outside the window.
