There was no way to cool the room, as the A/C unit wasn't working. Asked a couple of front desk folks about the conditions in the room and we're informed that the A/C has been an ongoing issue.

On the positive side, the front desk staff was very helpful in explaining the necessary codes to access and depart the parking lot gates, and providing a black marker when we needed one.

All was great, especially the towels EXCEPT that the TV and remote didn't communicate! A few times I was able to get the remote just right but more often than not it was a no-go 😞

I love my entire stay. I had my kid with me and was about to check in early and check out late with no extra fee. All staff were so friendly Nothing

The staff was incredible! The hotel was very outdated. The location was not what I expected. When I think Raddison I think high class, luckily the amazing staff made up for it.

Our rooms air conditioning wasn’t working for the three nights we stayed. The staff gave us fans to use. The bar was fun and staff were nice.

Everybody at the hotel was so nice. When I told them that I didn't use the parking they refunded me the $75. They also give me a price reduction when I went to get a little chicken Caesar salad from the refrigerator. I would 10 out of 10 stay here again! No that's not mine

Great place to stay if you have fur-babies! The front desk attendants were very personable and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Location was great! Would definitely book here again!
