Radisson Hotel St. Paul Downtown

My son stayed an extra night and it was a smooth transaction. Also, they charged me less than what Hotels.com did and I don't know how to get this fixed. I would like a refund from Hotels.com for the difference. If it's cheaper to book my rooms through the hotel, why should I use the Hotels.com app?

Dirty Windows. Staff good (specially the front person)

Very quiet. But because so few guests the dinner menu was not opened. Breakfast however!! Great as usual. Twin Cities marathon this weekend. Full House upcoming!!!

Very good

Front desk lady was very nice. Only reason we booked the hotel was for the pool. We only live 15 mins away. I should of walked away when we heard the pool was closed. tv's only had local stations. Shuttle driver to the concert was awesome! Again just wish the pool was open literally the only reason we stayed there.

The staff here continues to impress.

It was unfortunate that the restaurant was closed Sunday-Wednesday.

I left behind a pair of boots. The desk agent found my boots and turned me onto a mailing option & it has already been returned. I will go to a Radisson again!

Very good

The staff was friendly and there was a free shuttle bus to the stadium. The surrounding area was a little run down. The views were not as advertised. The bathroom was small.

Great breakfast. Provided a shuttle to nearby location for a concert. Staff was very nice and approachable. Pool and hot tub nice and clean. Would recommend staying there.

Everything was good

Clean room and helpful staff and good breakfast but air conditioner didn’t work in our room very well. It was cold in hallways but like a sauna in our room and we stayed 3 days and everyday we returned to our room our door keys wouldn’t work and had to be reprogrammed. An these issues were hotel wide. The restaurant isn’t the best either

During our stay, we had to change rooms because the air conditioning wasn't functioning in parts of the building. One night, our room was quite warm. Additionally, our keycard stopped working, and we were told that our cell phone might have interfered with it. The breakfast is complimentary, but it's a simple continental style—nothing special.

The room was great-clean and comfortable. We were in town for a concert, and the shuttle driver was amazing! He brought us to the venue and was parked right outside after the concert to bring us back to the hotel.

The staff were all friendly, the rooms were clean and we didn't expect it, but it happened they had a shuttle bus for the concert.

When we arrived, the staff at the front desk told us that the HVAC system hadn't been working all week but that they had it fixed. Unfortunately, the first room we were given was on the 6th floor and incredibly hot - even with a box fan that the staff gave us. The second room they gave us was a little better, but the temperature did not get below 74 degrees (again, even with the box fan!).

Staff is great. Clean room.

The only problem we had was our room had no air all other stuff was great

Fridge was rusted, toilet was not sealed properly down every time I sat down. The whole seat thumped. Also they was a guy talking to lady staff and kept staring at us. Felt very uncomfortable. Also someone snuck in with me driving in. no security
