Nice stay

We drove in a bit early and they held our bags while we attended a Tampa Bay Rays game. Very helpful staff all around!

Initial room was not clean when checked in. Asked to be moved to another room which was inconvenient. Appliances in the room were leaking water and not operational. Bed springs were not good. Above all, AC unit was making loud noise through out the stay which disturbed my sleep. Complained about the excessive AC noise but tech said that it's normal for older unit.

Staff were all polite

The pool. Room was nice but the bed was uncomfortable and they didn’t have a spare comforter when ours got dirty. Also the blanket upon further inspection was dirty the whole time other than the spot we got on it Staff was rude.

The room was wonderful. clean, comfortable and spacious. We were only staying for a short period as part of a Baseball Stadium tour and we were so disappointed that we could not stay longer. The free breakfast in the morning was perfect to fill up before heading for our flight. And the free fountain drinks were great!

This is my go to spot for Rays games. Been staying here for years. Unfortunately the furniture is the same…meaning it’s time to start changing out some room furniture. It’s a bit worn. That’s all the negatives basically I can state. Checking in was difficult on this trip only because there were no rooms totally cleaned and available at 4pm. My thought was probably staffing issues,it was the first time it had happened. We finally checked in around 4:30pm. The manager added several thousands of points (IHG member) which made up for the inconvenience. Wednesday evening social hour in lobby was nice, met several baseball fans from out of town! Breakfast here is nice also. Property is close to everything but in a more industrial/business environment than property closer to the water.

Great hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice. Great bed. Everything was clean. Quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed out time there.

I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this was the first one where laundry was free, which was a great bonus. The only thing I would change is the pool—it feels a bit small for such a large hotel. However, it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. It was comfortable, clean, and a great experience.

It was a very confusing set up inside. Extremely dark, gloomy and depressing environment. They did do a great job with their happy hour and breakfast. Head of housekeeping was spectacular.
