Waited for over an hour to check in, and the lines was snaking!!! and there were people ahead of me, who were waiting even longer. It turns out there was also another issue with housekeeping. This seems to be the actions with these small hotels on a weekend. This has been my 2nd encounter with something like this. Expedia....I don't know...but this does not look good. Please be careful with who you partner with. At least when this happens. Have the hotel offer the guest and a later check out time, since they were robbed (yes, I would say robbed, as you paid for certain hours, and were robbed of some). One couple in line called you guys immediately, and they were offered something. I guess it is a matter of, if you don't ask, you don't get, and they hope you go away quietly.

An excellent value, spacious, clean rooms and well maintained. But dated. For example, no USB charging ports. Breakfast was marginal quality. But I will gladly stay here in the future.

I waited a hour and 15 to check in because no rooms was available and it was a concert night I was late because of them! The housekeeping staff was short and staff was arguing amongst each other. My non smoking room smelled like smoke and the bed was riggady! No extra towels was available! My key cards kept not working and I had to go to the

Okay for a simple stay

Furniture could use updating but was clean and breakfast was great. Plus nice sitting out on patio. We would stay again.

Wonderful size room. We only needed it for few hours. Wish we got to enjoy it a little longer. Nicer than we expected. Will return!

This hotel smelled horrible and was one of the grossest hotels I've ever stayed it. I would not recommend and I would never stay here again.

Nothing to report in particular

The staff here were very nice and accommodating, breakfast was decent and the outdoor pool/ yard were convenient. However, it really needs to be cleaned. From the rooms to the pool itself it didn’t meet our expectations of cleanliness. We ended up switching rooms because the first smelled of cats. Second room was better though still could be better kept up with.

Check-in, which didn’t begin until 4:00 took 45 minutes. There was a large concert in town starting at 6:00, so people needed to get into their rooms. There were only 5 other guests/sets of guests in front of us. The wait was ridiculous and the staff didn’t even try to apologize, explain the wait, or even move a little more quickly to get guests checked in.

Great location from attractions! We enjoyed the breakfast that was included, too. The room was bigger than we expected and having a kitchen/fridge was very helpful.

the main entrance of the hotel is nice and clean. The entrance door and carpet that leads to the room door is damaged and very dirty. The room couch was ripped and the walls, doors and floors were dirty. Some of the towels left out was stained and appeared dirty. I attempted to have breakfast and I got there around 9am and there was nothing left and didn’t appear that more food would be put out so I checked out and got breakfast locally. will not be returning.

Customer service

Few days ago, I bought a lot of foods from Costco and saved in the refrigerator, including: Oikos Triple Zero Greek Nonfat Yogurt, Strawberry, Mixed Berry & Vanilla, 5.3 oz., 18 Pack, Bibigo Frozen Chicken & Vegetable Steamed Dumplings, Tomatoes On The Vine, 4 lbs Kirkland Signature Homogenized Whole Milk and seedless watermelon, I spent more than $ 100. I only had aten small amounts of rhe above foods because I am working 16 hours a day, and buying 2 meals a day from the cafeteria where I am working. Yesterday, all my foods in the refrigerator were gone, and the front desk staff had not ideal where they were and who took them. I am very upset for my foods were stolen, I need my foods back and an explanation from the property. NL

The room itself was nice and clean. It took an hour to check-in. Staff made it clear they could care less and had no sense of urgency. Another staff member loudly used a racial slur when speaking about someone. Highly unprofessional.
