Everything was good there

Pleasantly surprised.

I stood at this hotel from Wednesday until Saturday. When I got there on Wednesday the elevator floor was dirty and it remained that way until Saturday that I checked out. The breakfast staff was good but I think that the food should be prepared faster and people shouldn't have to wait for the breakfast to come out. When I got to my room the bathroom floor was dirty and the bathtub was getting clogged. Other than that the hotel was okay.

Room was large and fairly clean, bathroom not so much. Bed and pillows pretty comfortable. Just an overall feeling that I didn’t want to touch anything. Breakfast was sparse but ok. Check in was good and friendly staff. Lobby looked nice.

Room was very spacious, nice small kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher & Stove/Oven.

CrestHill was very clean including the breakfast area, the rooms, the pool and outdoor areas. The pool area was beautiful to relax and enjoy our time and included lots of great seating.

Hotel left a lot to be desired. Needs updates drastically. Suite was not well cleaned or maintained. Pool was decent.

no remote control for the tv and they have to be putting wifi notice in the room for easy access internet

This is a really worn property--holes in the sofa arms, marks on the walls, stains on the carpets. That being said the room seemed pretty clean.

He was extremely accommodating an sincere about the situation

The staff was fantastic, the room was cute and the pool was great! The only down fall is the bed was not overly comfortable. Other than that I’d definitely stay here again just for the great staff and awesome amenities
