Mint House Tampa Downtown by Kasa

Great place to stay but you have to find and pay for parking. I was able to get a parking lot right across the street with no problem.

A+

Finding the prepaid parking was the only issue but easily remedied.

All around great place to stay when in Tampa.

The WORST was the bed. The mattress wan only covered with a very thin and uncomfortable mattress protector. There was no mattress pad. Then only a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet - bedding was not soft except for comfortable r. The balcony was so nice. I enjoyed the location. The walls are thin- very noisy hallways and a lot of banging This is constructive criticism only. If I had to choose to come back- I would not

Stayed for a concert. 5 minute walk to benchmark arena. Perfect for what we needed

Be aware of "banned breeds". While I was eventually able to cancel my "pet friendly" reservation for a refund, I was not made aware of the fact that they are only friendly to some before i had begun the check-in process. That made it a very difficult task to undo. Parking is not included.

The property was very clean it was self checking so you did not need to go to a front desk The instructions that were sent to my phone were very detailed anytime I had a question I replied back to my phone it was answered immediately! I would definitely stay there again.

Upon parking I was called and notified my booking was cancelled due to background check that I didn't even consent to nor was told about on Expedia or kasa website had already received the confirmation code afterwards I was notified to send my ID for check-in verification then was asked to send a picture I feel as if I was racially profiled I have a criminal history 18 years ago since then I'm a successful business owner with 15 employees even own my own home I just wanted to stay at a nice location for 1 night to rest and was denied

This was my first time staying in the area and my stay was so much more than I had hoped for that I am currently seeking permanent residency there. The location, the view, the ability to walk to all of the attractions and necessities was by far unbelievable. Beautiful property, great staff. Location and appeal of the entire atmosphere was by far the best I've ver experienced. I recommend the Mint House to anyone looking for the full Tampa experience. Absolutely breath taking.

Very clean. Sorry to say it feels like you’re in a prison was not comfortable there whatsoever. I had a family emergency so I had to leave before my time. They were not helpful whatsoever.

Great place to stay, well priced with its own kitchenette, so you can eat in or out. It also has it's own laundry facilities in the room (though I didn't use those). Very close to the downtown area and less expensive than many of the local hotels. I'd stay there again.

Omg I freaking love love love love love the mint house , definitely a 20/10 I almost didn’t want to leave.

Overall we had a great experience (and I rarely rate anything a 5/5). We had some issues with the check in that were very quickly resolved by a quick phone call. We needed help getting the code to the pool, I called the help number and was provided with the code immediately. The place was perfect for my boyfriend and I. Very clean and useful areas. Also, a ghost town, there were barely any people there and the pool was empty everyday. Good area to the Ybor area, Riverwalk, and downtown.

Best experience ever and the price was excellent.

Amazing room. Smells incredible. Everything clean. And great location!! 5 stars!
