Don't know we decided not to stay at the property and booked a new motel next door. If u like the smell of smoke and old furniture, old towels, old blankets anything that's looks like it's been used and worn and not fresh it's a good place for you.

This place is been out of business for 2 months. They used a building belonging to Motel 6 to sell lodging but Motel 6 is managing it again. Looks more like a halfway house with police patrolling the place.

There isn’t even a kiteville inn, this is a scam and it takes you to a motel 6!!! I tried to check in when i got into town at 3:30 a.m. and was told this i formation and there were NO hotels within a 25 mile radius and i had nowhere to go for my son and I. Absolutely awful, this listing should be taken down immediately
-
None All of it, not a good hotel. I came in and check in and there's a person inside the room. No actual person to talk to.

I am still waiting for my refund. When I arrived at the hotel, I called to find out how to get into the room; I had been communicating via text all day with a woman who sounded Asian, and she knew I was arriving at 3:00 p.m. because she had told me that was the time to be there. Yet, when I arrived, she told me she couldn't accommodate me because there was an issue with the room. That is unacceptable—I was with children, and she left us stranded on the street. I had traveled two hours to get there, only to be told to cancel; when I tried to cancel, I was told I would only get back 145. That isn't fair, and I demand my money back, please.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THE PLACE DOES NOT EXIST Absolutely nothing the place didn’t exist. I was ripped off $300.

So when we got there there was no check in desk and the guy said on text that we need to go across the street to motel 6 to get a key card and pin for our door and when we got to motel 6 the lady said that she doesn’t know anything about the hotel next door and basically the guy lied and scammed us and we didn’t get see our room

Do not book here ever. I texted and called on Mon to confirm my reservation (for Fro night) which was booked months ago and no one responded. I called on Thurs and they did respond saying they see my confirmation and to call to checkin. I am supposed to checkin at 3pm on Fri and they text me at 230pm saying they cannot host my stay! Totally left me without a room in the summer without even 24hrs notice. I called, they hung up on me. My boyfriend called they hung up on him. Absolutely the worst service I have ever tried. I doubt they even have rooms, they're probably just lying to get your card info.

Do not book this room. When we arrived and I tried to check in I was told there was a glitch in their system and that they had overbooked rooms. So we were left with no room to stay in.

The place was decent for the value. We specifically chose a more economical location for our budget, so we certainly were not expecting perfection. I have never in my life left a negative review of any accommodations, so this will be the first. I lead with this saying that the room itself was basically what I was anticipating (except that I don't think we got the original room we reserved). The check-in process and customer service was deplorable to say the least. When we arrived, I was trying to locate an office to check in and walked to a next door motel 6 thinking they could help me. I was told they have nothing to do with the building even though they have the same colors, they were owned and operated by a different company that utilizes a phone or online check-in. No problems, I've done that several times. I called the phone number, got placed on hold, and immediately received a text saying there was a slight delay. Again no problem, I was waiting patiently, until I noticed other patrons trying to get into their rooms having the same problem. I was hung up on multiple times, and after about 45 minutes was told that there was a system error and I should cancel to get my money back. Obviously, you can't cancel the day of a reservation so I didn't fall for that. I asked how long the delay would be and they told me they couldn't give me any idea, I should just cancel. At this point we had been waiting an hour and a half to get our room check-in information. I had to call booking.com, report the situation, and ask what to do. Finally after much waiting, on hold, my checking information directly from the facility phone number showed up via text. The booking.com agent got back on the phone and I was able to confirm that they finally gave me the information that I needed. It was a total of 2 hours after arrival that we were able to get our room information. I had commented earlier that I don't think we got the room we had reserved, because the room I had reserved had two bedrooms each with a full bed.

I was shocked how did this property passed the Expedia standards for hotels?? There’s no check in counter and the property looks like a run down building. I came to check in and there’s no communication on how to? I called the “hotel’s contact #” but nobody to talk to. Someone texted back to apologize because they have cancelled my booking and I’m getting the refund. It’s already 5pm so I was scrambling to find a hotel on a last minute. Very bad experience! 00/5!!

Well I didn't actually get to stay.. I booked my room month in advance then the day I'm supposed to check in I get an email sayin they can't provide me a room because the previous tenants left it a mess and it couldn't be cleaned in time... then I called the property and the woman on the phone hung up on me twice... hotels.com wouldn't let me put a cancel request in because the check in date had passed already yet we were still in the check in date... so I really want to know how and when im going to get my full refund

Nothing was good Nothing was good
-
Nothing It was not what was advertised. The stove didn’t work. The address was not right. The bedroom window was open when we got there, and did not completely shut or lock at all

There's no front desk so youre supposed to call in at least 24 hours in advance to check in. I didn't read into it, that's my fault. However, I called the number provided, they messaged me with a room number and passcode for the lock. We could see our room from the parking lot, the door was hanging open but there was no staff. We walked up and saw a bunch of trash in the room. I called back to request a change or a refund if they didn't have any availability. They would not answer my phone, so I tried calling on a different phone. They picked up, but I got "disconnected" after I explained my situation. I eventually got a message from them saying due to a system issue they could not accommodate and would process a refund once hotels.com contacted them. Hotels.com was initially unable to reach them and was going to deny a refund. Fortunately, I received confirmation today that a refund would be granted. As for the general condition of the property, definitely appears to be more of a short term apartment than a vacation room.

We went back after our concert and we immediately packed up and left. We didn't feel safe at the place. There were people paranoid stairing out windows. Maybe we caught a bad night but have a feeling this is how it normally is. Overall terrible experience paid the stay to only be in the room for a total of 30 minutes. Asked for a refund but of course got denied because you have to cancel before you actually get to see the room. Don't believe the pictures they posted place look nothing like that at all. So don't believe any of pictures they post. Be safe and spend a little more on a hotel closer to asbury, learn from my mistake of wanting to save a little money.

Nothing, avoid at all costs Zero human presence, which is highly unsafe in an already sketchy area

They lost my reservation information, so I had to both text and email my Expedia booking twice. There was a system error the day before I was supposed to be there . They did not send me the code or check in information until a half hour before I arrived; I had to call several times. When I did get in the room, no one had cleaned it. There were pizza boxes, wet towels, and unmade beds. I called the hotline again and they moved me to the Motel 6 next door. I had to pay out of pocket for that new room, as it wasn’t the Expedia reservation.
