This place was very well kept up right next to the beach. The workers are very helpful, but it is a studio if you’re looking for something a little bit bigger get something bigger because this is a New York style studio, but very nice and clean.

Beautiful location and property. Have stayed before. Clean rooms. Downfalls: bring your own wood or buy Amish wood waste for $10. at the property. Anywhere else I’ve paid to stay with a fireplace the hotel provided the firewood. Secondly: they only serve breakfast from 8:00-10:00am. Most places serve breakfast earlier so if you’re traveling and have to catch a flight you can get something to eat. I believe they’re nickel and diming here. Not sure if I’ll stay again.

Brio is a small, but very clean motel right on the beach. The inn keeper and check in hostess were so nice, friendly and helpful. Great tips on places to eat and explore.

The room was small but clean and had everything we needed. The beach was more than I expected it to be and sad we didn't get to enjoy it due to rain. We will stay here again.
