Terrible experience. I was on vacation in Traverse City with a few other family members. The bathroom door faced the beds and had a wide gap in it, offering absolutely no privacy when using the toilet.When I notified the front desk, their only solution was to provide a bedsheet to hang over the door. I asked to speak with the manager, but she was unavailable during my stay. I finally managed to speak with her a couple of days later. Her only response was that when she travels, she books separate rooms for her children.

Had a great stay during our vacation to traverse city. Great location to the beach and other attractions in town. Bed was a little too hard for us but that’s just preference. Had an issue in room and maintenance came quickly to fix it.

Our room didn’t have enough lighting. One area stayed dark and we couldn’t figure out why? The room otherwise was very nice and it wasn’t enough of a problem to reach out to management.
