They do not have breakfast like they sit on the booking.com site which I’ve had a problem with in the past with another room. I would actually like a refund on this because I did not get breakfast and they did not have coffee except for one pot at 6 o’clock in the morning. Very Dusty and all things old. Was kinda of a sketchy place to stay room was of good size. They only gave me two flat old pillows and this blanket if that what you want to call it. I was disappointed that the price was $92 after all said and done with hotel fees. It was supposed to be a $59 room. Not happy with this stay at all. I couldn’t sleep for the noise and discomfort. Read above and it says everything.

Hotel was old and dated, and not very well maintained. Staff was nice, but the room was way overpriced for the condition of the rooms.

Expedia misrepresented the deal by not highlighting the fact that the rate was for a non smoking room! When I contacted the hotel I was told they would not change it and that I must take it up with the 3rd Party provider….I tried to also amend the dates of my stay as Expedia had also made an error in not confirming a prior booking that I had attempted to make. Whilst none of this was the direct fault of Oyo, their rude and dismissive attitude was very disappointing. Granted they said they had put me into a recently renovated room which shouldn’t be too smoky…..In terms of renovation- door had to be slammed in order to be shut, masking tape was still appended to the bath tub. The outer part of the double glazed window was broken. Furniture was rickety. A very unsatisfactory experience which reflected badly on both the hotel and Expedia.
