Everything was fantastic … our keys didn’t work at first and the person working the counter was very nice and moved us to a different room and reported it to maintenance.

I have stayed at hotels and motels nationwide. This is by far the best ever.

The hotel overall was rushed when building was in progress. The contractors did not pay attention to the simple things. The A/C unit in our room was leaking and wet the floor significantly. The bathroom door would not close due to the door being extremely tilted . Different beds in different rooms. The first room had a good bed, then we switched rooms due to the issues I just listed. And the second bed was horrible. You could feel the springs popping up and down. Overall it felt extremely cheap. I would not stay here again

Regarding cleanliness, there was also a used bar of soap in the shower and hair on the floor which meant the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. The AC unit was extremely loud, so we turned it off. Lastly, the shower door did not hold the water and water ran out on the floor. Lastly, the buffet ran out of food an hour before it closed and the guests had to wait for food. The two staff that were servicing the buffet were gracious and attempted to respond to all concerns.

It is absolutely NEW. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The entrance is still being worked on and is a little confusing. Signage would help. Like I said before, it's new.
