Location and staff The rooms are outdated, the bathrooms are terrible. Toilet knob was hanging off. Bathtub very dirty. Corners in the bathroom have alot of built up dirt. Pin holes in the curtains.

The hotel is a bit dated. The room was not thoroughly cleaned (we bought our own cleaning supplies to disinfect). Pro - Location is great!

Location Beds uncomfortable, one pillowcase was dirty, (did not use), toilets too low and too close to sink, toilets looked like they were for potty training, hair from previous guest in bathtub, and on the floor, also was not clean, (always wear shower shoes), water in shower was not hot, almost cold, shower pressure very low, bathroom and room very small, no microwave. We won't be staying here EVER again.

Front desk staff, housekeeping and maintenance. Every one was VERY friendly and helpful. From check in to check out everything was great! Room size was perfect. Location was great for the Funk Fest. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Noise level was perfect in the hotel. Nice and quiet. Maintenance was called and both times they were there in less than 10 minutes. No microwaves and under the beds were a lil dusty but it wasn't too bad. TV signal kept going out but Maintenance got it right.

Good view to the ocean. Pay all that money for the rooms not to have a microwave in it then you call down stairs they say no rooms have microwaves including in the lobby but next door have a grill you can eat at. If u dont watch your step going out on the balcony you will trip and fall at the sliding door. My room door had a big gap opening at the bottom anything can crawl thru it or someone can slide something under the door you can hear everything going on in the hallways.
