Very good. Staff friendly. Food came out fast and hoy The Air conditioning was loud. You have to shut the fan off or it would go off every 10 minutes and then bang.

I didn't like being charged for incidentals. Before there were incidentals. I also didn't like sitting in a lobby for an hour. While the hotel got their money from booking.com.

the room was very clean and the person at the front desk who helped me was very helpful and friendly and was able to give us a early check in but when i was checking out the lady in the lobby was very rude and had an attitude about my booking through expedia cause of some error so I did not appreciate that

I loved the location, pricing and the staff. Personable staff, perfect location to tourist attractions and great pricing given the location. Just the small parking roundabout for unloading luggage and etc.

Exceptional

We loved the location. It was in the center of George Washington Unv - so it was safe, full of life, close to the Metro and in walking distance to "must sees." I had to remind the front desk that we needed more than two towel sets. I think the parking was costly.

This hotel is close to the mall, but not within walking distance for everyone. The design of the room was nice. Beds were comfortable. The pool is nice for kids. The staff was courteous. The restaurant was good - limited menu but it certainly met our needs.

The staff were great and the location was very convenient. In particular, my request for a room on a high floor, away from the elevator was accommodated. Clean room, quiet, and everything worked as needed. Honestly, I have very little to report here. Genuinely met all of my expectations with no issue. Perhaps they could offer some complimentary snacks or beverages in the room? Seems like the add-ons all had a price tag.
