The staff at this hotel were professional, friendly and overall excellent. From the front staff to their restaurant staff to the valets. Every single person was accommodating and welcoming. There was an initial incident that led to my family being inconvenienced through no fault of the staff, however, the staff took it upon themselves to rectify the situation, comp us a dinner, and made another room available while we waited for our suite. One person in particular, went out of her way to help the cleaning staff complete their cleaning so that we could move to the correct suite the first night. This is a level of customer service that is not typical and the lady should be rewarded. Truly, this is unheard of. The King Suite that we booked was lovely. The elevators were clean. The towels were fresh. Their restaurant was friendly and fast. I loved their little convenience shop. The only disappointment was the pool which did not look nor smell danish we didn't utilize it. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Also! They had guest laundry facilities that were only $3 per load for the washer and then the dryer. Coins could be purchased at the front desk. ✌️

We were able to check in early. There was an indoor pool. However, you had to pay for breakfast.

Loved the comfort and location.

Clean, staff was good, need improvement of things to do around the hotel. For 1st going to Washington DC. Maybe a map of all points of interest.

Breakfast was over $80.00. The hotel itself was ok. Nothing special. Just seemed like simple things could of been upgraded

The property was ok. The walking distance to monuments was fine. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Very small pool with no hot tub. The bistro is not open during most of the day. We paid for breakfast during our stay and selection was very limited. Over all this is a 3 star hotel.

We’ve stayed here MANY times! Every time we visit my sone at GWU we stay here. We love the location and how clean it is! I didn’t like that my TV didn’t work the rocket night. We checked in late cuz our drive from NY ended up over 6 hours. We went right to dinner. When we came home we “turned on” the TV, o my it didn’t work. It just ready “Loading” and never loaded. They offered to moved us but after a 6 hour plus drive at 11:30 I’m not up to move! So, I brought this to their attention and the best they could do was points on my Bonvoy account which is BS. It’s over $300 a night. I have expect to be able to watch TV and relax at night, but instead we watched a movie on our iPhones ? To boot, the woman at the front desk developed an attitude towards me! Like really? You’re doing to take this personally?!? GTFOH! Sorry but I stay here regularly with my daughter and we are respectful and clean. I expect the same back but sadly this time I did not, at least not from this Ken woman. Sadly she ruined my stay. I LOVED this hotel too, but time to find something else!

Very clean room and enjoyed fitness and pool facilities. Especially appreciated the noon checkout!

I stayed for two nights but nobody collected litter and no room service/fresh towels for $495 a night stay!!!
