A very nicely located hotel clean comfortable you can walk all over Washington from there .

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will highly recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Wasn’t able to view the roof top during the day when it was less busy due to it being locked. The queen beds were very small doubles that made double sleeping difficult. The force of valet parking without explanation that when we take your car you have to pay $65 to get it back was a shock. But overall the property was beautiful and the inside staff very helpful

Was unable to check in because of a medical emergency and have called and emailed for refund but no one has contacted me back

More concerning: housekeeping took a jar of M&Ms from our room and then charged us for it — we had to report this directly. There's also no ice machine on the guest floors; you have to call the bar and wait for them to bring ice up. The biggest letdown was the resort fee, charged on top of the city tax, which wasn't disclosed at booking. It came as an unwelcome surprise at checkout — something I haven't experienced at comparable hotels. Finally, the pool had an overwhelmingly strong chlorine smell, strong enough to sting the eyes on one occasion. The spa is right next to the pool, so that smell carries in there too. Overall: clean room and decent stay, but the hidden charges, AC issue, and pool chlorine let it down for a five-star property.

The hotel was amazing. It was modern and luxurious. The room was sparkling clean. The staff was friendly and flawless in their service. My only small issue was the valet parking was understaffed. We called for the car before we even left the room. We checked out at the desk, and we still had to wait for 15 minutes for our car.

Bad: Bathtub didn't drain well. There were strands of hair in the bathtub that house cleaning didn't clean up well. There was also a dried red stain in the tub. Was not sure if it was blood or something else. Transportation-wise, it it not in the center of the city. So Uber / Lyft anywhere in DC is at least $20. Overall: 4 Stars. Once in a lifetime experience that I would recommend, but I wouldn't want to stay here again.

The noise from the construction is big NO!!!!

The electric car charger could not be activated which put us in a bit of a bind the next day… Kudos to the staff: everyone was exceptionally kind and helpful!

Great location, the staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The ground floor bar was rarely open and the rooftop bar had a limited menu and several out of stocks. All in all a good uneventful stay.
