The best everything perfect

We didn’t use them, but the availability of loaner bicycles was a nice touch. Valet or garage parking (across the street) was convenient. I can’t say enough about the front of house staff. So friendly and welcoming! We had two days here as part of a two week road trip - this was our favorite stay.

Staff was very helpful and the rooms are well kept.

Our family of 5 booked 2 rooms connected! They were clean it was quiet and everyone was great! We will visit again!

Stay was great! Elevators were quick and staff was very pleasant. Favorite thing is they have actual hot coffee in the lobby like all hotels did in the past and for that alone I will stay again. I didn't use amenities but did use luggage storage and that was quick and easy:) Thank you for a great stay,

Clean room. Easy access to Union Station. Our stay was wonderful.

They removed towels but did not orivideca new bath mat. The bed was hard and lumpy. The robes in the closet felt heavy and scratchy. The toilet backed up. It was not possible to get good food in the immediate area. The hotel does not have any food service. The bakery/ breakfast place next door is slightly worse than McDonalds or BurgerKing. Just a very upscale building and fancy tech with appealing signs. The food itself is either from frozen or prepackaged food mixes. All the pastry has normal names nothing is actually what they should be. The tip off is that they only have scrambled eggs, made from a boxed blend. They have a slightly strange taste. Nothing made from fresh ingredients. Fortunately the hotel is very close to the train station... easy 5 minute walk.

Close to the Capitol, Union Station, and museums. Ahmed at the front desk was particularly friendly. Continental breakfast was nice and the hotel provided complimentary wine, soft drinks, and snacks in the late afternoon. Bikes are also available to check out at no charge.

Hallways need a lot of help and Elevators were extremely warm.

We stayed for several days leading up to July 4th, and there were record breaking temps. The room stayed wonderfully cool and was not humid. The second morning, the hallway was very hot and humid. I think it was after the first night that the temps didn't drop overnight. They must have adjusted the system though because it stayed cool after that. This hotel is very well located close to Union Station which is great not only for the trains, but also the food and CVS located there, which we used. The Old Town Trolley also starts at the station, so you're just really close to several convenient options. The street was very quiet at night, so we slept great. The neighborhood felt very safe. Staff was friendly. We really enjoyed having such a large room. I got sick during our stay and having daily housekeeping was very much appreciated as it helped me stay feeling refreshed.

Great location for Georgetown Law school area. Valet parking and resort fee was expensive.

AC is weak. It was working nonstop for 2 days and daytime temp didn’t dip below 75. I didn’t pay 4 figures for a weekend to sweat in the room. This is acceptable in a cheap private rental, not a place like this. Bathroom marble was nice though.

Ahmed was so kind and helpful doing our stay. The hotel needs to be updated. The gym, things for children to do besides board games and maybe a pool.

Our stay at kimpton George hotel was beautiful, very welcoming staff that help make our stay very easy and using the valet parking was easy with the help of Santiago if I got the name right, Adam & Ahmed were very very nice to use too our kids love the room they didn't want us to leave but we will be coming back again. Thanks kimpton George hotel for your wonderful service. Everything were easy accessible too
