Wonderful staff, close to the train station, good room size

We stayed for July 4th. The day way pretty fun. Staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks were great and food was good. My only two issues were that they closed the rooftop for the fireworks but I understood that. The second issue was that I burned myself pretty bad at the pool concrete around 3-4pm. I got these huge blisters that ripped off and am now dealing with that. Other than that, I enjoyed my time.

Good location right by Capital. I would advise you to ask any time you are given a bill if gratuity is included.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a very nice coffee machine that makes lattes and espresso on every floor. The pool area is well maintained and beautiful

The rooms were gross and if you stay multiple days they don’t service them. The hotel staff was not accommodating or helpful. The gym and pools is nice but you can hear people late at night still partying at the pool. It’s not worth the stay.

The staff was very friendly though, always smiling and were really helpful.

Stayed 2 nights with my son, would stay again great location to union station. 30-60 min walk to national mall. Many bike and scooter rentals around. Over crowded rooftop 4th of July weekend

Nice to have a rooftop pool, reception staff was a little cranky, perhaps because of the holiday crush. They need to more cordial and friendly, it seemed as though they felt like they were doing me a favor by assisting me and answering questions. That is their job, if they don't like it, they should work somewhere.

There is an on-site restaurant and bar. Additionally, there is a rooftop pool and bar. My only interaction with the staff was with Che behind the front desk. She was amazing. My only wish is that the neighborhood was more walkable. That were really no bars or restaurants we could walk to. Pretty much had to take a car everywhere. Finally, if room size matters, then I suggest you upgrade from the basic room. If visiting again, I would not avoid this place, but I might prefer a more walkable Neighborhood. Though if you do take one of those hop-on hop-off bus tours, there is one that stops directly in front of the hotel. Super convenient.

Would have liked to have hotter water in shower

Great location pool top deck great. Hotel staff were overall friendly but didn’t offer late check out without fee like hotels.com benefits said. Had to ask about the bottle of wine but did get that.

Staff went above and beyond to help me out during my stay when I arrived early

The stay was great! However, be prepared, when I booked this stay, I paid everything up front and was given a receipt with the only balance left to pay was 175.00 upon check-in. When we arrived, I was charged an extra 100 per night like a deposit to cover any damages. Then after checkout, if no damages, they would return the 500 back to me. I was not told that, and it was nowhere on the reservation did it say this. So least to say I was not prepared and it took away most of my funding to spend on the trip. So, I have no idea how the restaurant was or how their breakfast at 28 a person was due to them holding my cash like I am some destroyer. We do know that Z burger across the street has the best cheese dog for 8 dollars because that's what we lived on for 5 days. And I had a VIP reservation, yeah what was that, because I didn't see any special treatment or maybe that was the 10 dollars off a day, but you had to charge food to your room to get the 10 off. Just couldn't go up and order and pay and get the discount. The cleaning lady was the sweetest I had ever met, though really enjoyed talking to her. Anyways beware of the 100 a day charge because I was not and I have copy of receipt to prove it!

Yotel had beautiful rooms. Not a traditional hotel room, but it was the right size if you are just wanting a place to sleep. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure you had what you needed. The bar has a good menu for a quick bit. The morning buffet had enough choices for you to get a good meal.

Excellent hotel very close to the Capitol and National Mall. Helpful staff. Great food and drinks. Rooftop pool has a great vibe.

My room wasn’t ready upon arrival even though they said it was… but, they upgraded me immediately and got me into a room. I appreciate that attention !
