Great location (literally at a metro stop!) Great staff and my room was great.
-
Additionally in the woman showers, only one shower worked.
-
Love it. Staff were so nice and everyone was so chill
-
Stained bedsheets & towels, at least the showers were clean & cleaned daily but they were let down by a fly infestation, overall could’ve been a lot better but comparably price wise it wasn’t terrible.
-
Perfect location. Good for the price. Not very clean, and something’s very broken: in the capsule and some of the showers.

I liked that it was just around the corner from Metro. Difficulty getting into building to self check in due to code not working. The showers were in the basement and only two were working. Capsules are not very comfortable to get in and out of especially on the bottom one since you have to crawl into it. Not practical for older person like myself.

The hostel was very convenient and accessible by public transportation. The hostel felt very unsafe and unsanitary overall. My pod (59) had no working outlets or lights. The room (302) had very tight space for luggage; at night, cables would be dangling across the room because other pods had no outlets as well, and you would really be extra careful not to trip (I am near-sighted, and going to the toilet in the middle of the night was a huge undertaking). The hallway floor around the sink area and the sink itself on the 3rd floor were unsanitary by my standards throughout my stay there (if you stay here, I suggest you use the sink in the shower room instead - it was way cleaner). The shower area had only 2 working cubicles, and the knob of the showers definitely needs replacing; it was difficult to turn it on and off without it getting off. I was also particularly unhappy when I did my laundry in this hostel. I am not sure who or how, but we put our clothes in the dryer, and when we came back out, they were still in there, still wet!

Excellent location, cute pods with lots of amenities, exceptionally patient and helpful desk staff.
-
Cheap Toilet was dirty and locker did not function as it should as it is digital locker.
-
Great location, clean, relatively quiet Mattress was abit thin/ uncomfortable

location - good bars around and lovely area to walk (although not necessarily super safe) when i got there, no staff to help you and only poor signs indicating i needed to check in online. when sending a message through the app, i wouldn’t get a response for a long time although there was no one in person to ask to. plugs in the capsule didn’t work, it would look like it was charging in my phone but it would actually have less battery a while after connected. extensions were going across the room which was honestly the biggest fire hazard i’ve ever seen in a hostel, so many things plugged in the same socket. no showers on the same floor, linen with hair

The staff is friendly The staff had mistake to accommodate me in a room, plus a crazy woman entered and she was speaking alone and she was really noisy so it was really uncomfortable, also the air conditioner is really hard
-
I liked the capsule very much and everything was great for that price. The only thing was disappointing is to pay $20 extra for breakfast hoping it would be an actual breakfast, but in fact they provided only a coffee and a muffin, which is not really a breakfast. For $20 I could get a good breakfast outside.

The location was great but that was the only good thing about this hostel. The facilities were cleaned to a bare minimum standard. There are were four showers in the Women's bathroom and only one shower was working throughout my entire stay. The beds were loud! This was my second time staying here and the first time was pretty decent. However this second time made me decide I'll never stay here again. The access the wooden beds there is a code. When that code is put in, it makes a loud sound and say "unlocked" or something. It does the same when closing it. Which means every time you or someone else accesses their bed at night that loud sound and talking keeps happening. The pod itself was very small. I've stayed at over 20 hostels around the world and this one is the second worst experience I have had with subpar facilities. Additionally, my luggage was left unattended for hours in the main area after being removed from a locker instead of just leaving the suitcase in the room I was in. I also had trouble checking in and not receiving all the necessary access codes as did another guest who checked in an hour after me. But because there is not 24/7 staff available, you just have to wait until another guest can helps you out or staff replies via an app/IG. I won't return here. I usually don't leave reviews either but this experience made me want to warn others of this hostel.

Location and easy to check in and out Pillows are like a brick. The facilities could have been kept up better, every faucet, sink, shower could use a good plumber, as well as every door can use a wd40.

Mixed reviews did make me worry about this place but honestly I had no issues, the place was always clean and tidy, the location was excellent and people were so friendly. It was my first hostel experience so I was a little worried but the pods are fab! I would totally recommend this place to people. The only thing is the front desk isn't manned all the time so this can make things difficult for those checking in
