Air conditioner not cold enough. Plug in coming away from wall (on desk) and night stand to left of bed, the top not secured.
-
We enjoyed our stay and encourage you to stay with them
-
no parking, no fridge or water or tea or coffee machine in the room, loud window a/c, bed is "used up" a lot.

This hotel is perfect a weekend trip. At least the room we had was. Budget friendly and very quiet.
-
There is no parking Evan very small space on room

Hotel is a basic no frills property close to downtown DC in a safe neighborhood. Rooms don't have refrigerators and there is no continental breakfast, but for my stay those were minor inconveniences. If you are looking for a low cost room during your visit to DC, the Windsor is a very good property to choose with several restaurants and other retail close by. I also enjoyed the bed during my stay. Very comfy! Check out Char'd if you stay here. A very good restaurant not far from the Windsor.

Could be better but does the job

Hotel is not maintained.

No assistance on close parking as stated in phone call prior to arrival. Bugs in room. No easy access to rooms many stairs. No coffee in the morning. Person allowed to sleep in the lobby. Workers rude and unhelpful.

The hotel is clean and in a safe neighborhood. If you are primarily walking and using public transportation it’s not located to very many accessible points but a bus route. That said we walked and biked and are young and were fine. The staff was not informative of any amenities. We had to ask or overhear so I am listing the ones we enjoyed. Lemon water and coffee served fresh each morning and a communal mini fridge. Ice machine on third floor (no elevator) and runs out fast so get ice early in the day. There is someone at the desk 24/7 so easy to ask for whatever you need. Overall great stay, for the value and location I feel like we got a great deal!

Old building, small and cute. Not enough accessible outlets for our family of 4 to charge devices over night. Being on the 3rd floor the water took a while to heat for the shower.

This place was great! The area of town was AMAZING and only a 5-10 minute walk to the metro. The only downside was that the wifi and TV in our room had very poor connection which was inconvenient at times.
-
Great location and great place to stay. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are clean and tidy up daily. Everything was great, only one flaw, which was the 2 male concierge we're not very helpful or friendly. But\nThe young lady in the day was so nice help.My son in many ways by holding her luggage while we walked out to get a bite to eat before check in. That I appreciated so much

The room was clean. The bathroom could be more cleaner.
-
Great location. Very affordable.
-
I liked the historical decor and style.
-
Very good value for the price. The location is great as well, close to the centre of the city. The bed was comfortable. The hotel itself wasn't very good looking, quite dirty. The bathroom made a lot of noise which wasn't comfortable to sleep. The staff is almost rude
-
Really good value for money in a great location. It's not the most luxurious place ever but it's still gonna meet anyone's basic needs and then some. They also have staff at the front desk 24/7 on site which is great if you're ever in need. Only real negatives were there being no fridges or cups, plates in the rooms. Decor was a bit shabby but for me that wasn't a big deal

I liked the Location and it was priced well for our budget on this trip Room was a little smaller than I like for two of us but only 2 days so we were able to manage
