The room was not very updated. Had to pay for breakfast.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Brandy. She was so pleasant and went above and beyond.

The place was clean and quiet. Sadly, I had very little hot water in the shower. That made for a disappointing start to the day. Otherwise, all was well.

I signed up for breakfast for my 2 days, but they stopped serving at 9 am on Friday morning! I thought THAT was WAY TOO EARLY! Other than that, the Casino and the ENTIRE hotel staff made my stay VERY ENJOYABLE!!!

It had a bar/food in the hotel. It was not open all the time but for us it was open when it mattered. The food was great! The hotel was clean, there were options for you to buy when you were there like sodas. It was a good stay although we did not go to the casino.

The room was a little dirty, the remote was broken for the tv. The security door that keeps non-hotel people out was off its track. Our room was not ready at check-in time so we had to wait.

Room needs better cleaning and the carpet needs replaced. Had difficulty Parking due to the patrons of the casino. Shouldn't be allowed. Cigarette smoke lingering in the hallway on the 4th floor from the Casino. Will not stay here again

Checking in was ridiculous. People waiting in line and no one at the counter. Next morning same thing…no one to check you out just a sign saying they were assisting other guests and would be back. They need to hire more front desk help

Was not impressed with the breakfast especially since we had to pay for it .. It was nice since it was connected to the casino .. I would stay there again
