The room took 2 hours to get hot water

Room needs better cleaning and the carpet needs replaced. Had difficulty Parking due to the patrons of the casino. Shouldn't be allowed. Cigarette smoke lingering in the hallway on the 4th floor from the Casino. Will not stay here again

Checking in was ridiculous. People waiting in line and no one at the counter. Next morning same thing…no one to check you out just a sign saying they were assisting other guests and would be back. They need to hire more front desk help

Was not impressed with the breakfast especially since we had to pay for it .. It was nice since it was connected to the casino .. I would stay there again

Bare amenities, nothing extra, including no room service. Otherwise it’s a good place to stay.

Still relatively clean hotel that is very convenient if you're planning to visit the casino or horse track.

The hotel it self appeared okay however there were a lot of banging sounds during our stay in our new room and was extremely hot everywhere in the hotel including their restaurant. Unfortunately this was a disappointing stay we were really looking forward too. At check out we expressed this again and we were advised to call back when management is at building. Pros: hotel staff was nice, food was good in restaurant

Staff was fantastic and met our needs while there to celebrate my grandmother's 96th birthday. The rooms were clean and it's a great place to stay when trying to go to the casino and you get to the casino through the walkway. It was very convenient.

The location was amazing, with direct access to the casino and racetrack! The staff were professional, especially the young man that checked us in! We were at the hotel for my daughter’s wedding, and everyone in the wedding party seemed to be impressed! I have zero complaints!

Room 307 at several problems; one of the problems was the shower area, had a leak in the shower head around the top. The second problem was where you receive your shampoo from. This unit was broken. The third problem was the refrigerator would not and change your mind close properly. This prevented us from keeping food and drinks cold.

easy parking. easy walk to the casino through a covered winding walkway. about 10 minutes. good spot lots of things around there

Staff always great and it speaks for itself. I’ve stayed here at least twice a year since 2018 and it’s consistently the same or better each time!!
