I slept like a baby! I never sleep in hotel rooms well. The comforter, the pillows and the cleanliness were top notch. I plan to stay here every time I come to DC

Some of the staff was great. Other front desk staff were cranky, disinterested, and unhelpful.

Phenomenal stay. Attentive staff, clean rooms, wonderful on-site restaurant and great location. Would absolutely recommend and will be returning myself in the future.

Fantastic place to stay if you are coming to DC on Amtrak. Fantastic location, beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, and their restaurant was so good!

Our room was very spacious, the staff was extremely helpful, we loved everything about our stay.

Great location! Clean facility. Helpful staff…especially the young man that worked late evening/night and brought some extra supplies to our room. Very friendly and accommodating. I wish I'd gotten his name. My only disappointment was that we paid extra for the room listed as “city view”. Apparently that somehow refers to the type of room because there is no view of the city. I would certainly stay there again.

One moment that really stood out was when the staff noticed my brother having difficulty walking to the entrance. Without us even asking, they immediately offered him a wheelchair. That level of attentiveness and compassion meant a lot to our family. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and check-out was just as easy. Since we had a late flight, the hotel also held our luggage so we could continue exploring Washington, D.C. without having to worry about our bags. It made our last day so much more enjoyable. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, everything was handled with kindness and professionalism. I truly have nothing negative to say about our experience and would absolutely stay here again.

I have stayed at this location several times. The lobby, common spaces and rooms are clean and airy. The staff is very friendly as well. If you want to be near Union Station or the Georgetown graduate/law schools, this is the best option.

Out of their control, the hotel charges a daily fee of 35$ and for two days plus the parking valet easily exceeded the cost of an additional night. Must be modern times and another way to collect occupancy tax I suppose. We managed to use our daily 'credits' at the very quaint bar next to the lobby, having a delightful dish of wonderful sorbet after a long day of exploring and bike riding. Super convenient to Union Station and the food choices nearby were close and reasonable cost. Next time we travel by train to avoid the valet fees. All good.

Beautiful hotel, welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff... will definitely stay there again!!

Very clean, nice large rooms and you can see the attention to detail everywhere you look. Comfortable beds, beautiful furnishings, classy but unique decor, and tons of small touches and helpful amenities that set this hotel apart. Plus, very reasonable prices for the level of hotel you're getting here. Will definitely stay here again!

Average room. Expensive for no view.
