This place is new and beautiful. However, Hotels.com does not list that there is a $5 parking fee, so that was surprising when we arrived. The pool was a nice option, but it was cold and pretty small. Breakfast was nice and a little above others we have had. We were given an adjoining room to what sounded like a party of elementary age boys. I understand noisy kids because we had three of our own, but they were jumpking around on furniture for hours and hours into the night. The hotel was not full, not sure why we had to have an adjoining room with anyone?

Good clean hotel and convenient to stay at.

The hotel and staff were wonderful my lacking a stars because you have to pay to park at this location. Nothing was said ahead of time and you must park here there is no offsite parking available. Very disappointing. We will probably not stay here again because of this new policy.

2. Clean room : The comforter of the bed on the one by the bathroom is smelly. I is not crisp white and clean. 3. The manager tried to help. He could not help. We were disjointed with this reputable and not cheap hotel. 4. The serving staff of breakfast is friendly. Though there is not plenty delightful choices.

Clean and had a good selection for breakfast. The staff was kind during check in especially because the fore alarm went off. They handled it responsibly and told us how it was a false alarm and apologized. I liked the room overall as well. Spacious and clean. I noticed there was only one gluten free food option (bread/toast) but nothing else displayed a labeled like that for allergens. Loud echo in the pool area when we went when a big family came in. The elevator sounded a little sketchy when taking off or opening/closing the doors about ti move.

The property was clean and well maintained.

The hotel is a very nice building. Plenty of amenities. The staff members were very pleasant, and helpful. There was a wide variety of food to choose from for breakfast. There is a nice patio behind the building. We weren't able to use it because it was closed for remodeling. The TV in our room didn't have closed captioning. Closed captioning is great to use to keep from disturbing others who may be sleeping.

It was one of the best Holiday Inn experience I’ve had in a long time. Beautiful modern big bed room, comfortable king size bed, big screen smart TV and big bathroom too. None

I like breakfast.

Did not receive the room I reserved and after asking for the room I payed for the front desk lady did nothing to try and fix it or even look at the next night to see if room was available.

It's a fairly new place in a very convenient area. New, nice and well maintained.
