The family Queen suite was really big The room was clean The staff was friendly and helpful Plenty of parking Beds were good Most of the room was too dark, it needs more lamps The breakfast was mostly carbs No exhaust fan in the bathroom Although the landscaping doesn’t affect the room itself, the landscaping in the parking area is poorly maintained and full of weeds, making the place look really rundown. The mini fridge was the smallest fridge we’ve ever had in a motel room, even though this was a family suite

The location was convenient, rooms were relatively clean (on the surface), and one of the staff members was very kind and helpful. The rooms are really damp and humid, even with A/C blasting. The first room we were put in was very humid and had such a strong chemical smell that we couldn't sleep or stay there. They kindly moved us to another room, which did not have the smell, but was still very damp (your towels will not dry, everything will feel a bit moist). We're guessing that the window units must be the cause. We could manage for two nights, but wouldn't stay there again.

The only think that was pleasant about this stay was Patience the check in lady. The room needs a lot of attention. The refrigerator motor rattles almost all of the time. There were zero local channels on the tv. The air condition was feast or famine. There was a smell in the room that never went away. Like mildew maybe. People were hanging out in the parking lot who were obviously not customers, partying and talking loud. Scary situation. The staff lady, Patience was excellent. She was the only bright spot in the stay.

I booked the hotel in part because it was supposed to have a hot breakfast. It did not. There had apparently been a recent change and the breakfast options were cold and very limited. Had I know about the change, I might have chosen a different hotel.
