The room was clean and confortable. I enjoyed the breakfast. I needed help for changing the date of my reservation, and Elizabeth was very attentive in finding a solution for this.

I thought the front desk folks were nice. The facility is small and utilitarian. The rooms were very basic, about what you'd expect for a lower cost tier hotel. We stayed on the first floor. Big mistake. Apparently, there was a rhino-kid on the next floor up who, I am not exaggerating was up all night running around doing parkour. From 11pm to 7am, this child went on an insane rampage. Repeated calls to the front desk did nothing but get their kind understanding and commitment to reach out the the guests with the "small" child. This isn't necessarily a mark against the hotel, but an expectation that they could have done a much better job managing the rules of the hotel and quiet times. Now... back to sleep.

Our room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was spotless. Parking was convenient to our room. We were checked in quickly and amenities were explained. The air conditioning unit was quiet and worked properly.

Need a better breakfast. But besides that, all good.

Such a great value for the price. While the hotel itself is older, the mattresses appear new and are very comfortable. The rooms are clean and sheets and towels are pristine white.

Staff was excellent, clean room, comfortable beds, ice machine right outside of my door. Asked for a room without much walking due to a broken foot and gave me one 3 steps from the front door. n/a

Good basic place to stay during our road trip. Close to a lot of restaurants and stores.

Very convenient location with easy access to food and fuel, as well as the attractions of the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really liked my room--extremely well maintained facility! I appreciate the use of multi-use, refillable containers for soap, lotion, conditioner much like what is found throughout Europe.

Our tub dripped and got worse while we were there. I think the hotel may be undergoing renovations.

The place was very nice and clean. Everybody was real friendly. I would recommend going back there.

There were steps down to the first floor. I was able to manage it, but would be most inconvenient for someone more disabled than myself
