Residence Inn Marriott Waynesboro

Loved the large room with the separate living area, fully equipped kitchen, and delicious breakfast.

Needs some refresh. Bathroom has some missing paint, a little moldy grout, etc. Nothing horrendous, just things that would be easy to fix.

Staff was great!

Lovely stay. Room was spacious and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Good breakfast too! Great base.

Everyone was very friendly & helpful if I needed anything. It was very clean. Nothing everything was great!

Breakfast was yummy. Rooms were so comfortable and perfectly arranged. Would definitely visit again.

Comfortable room. Used kitchen Breakfast food for the most part was cold. Not what I'd expect.at 7:00 (one hour in from their starting time)

Good breakfast. Great staff. There was some confusion about the date of our stay. Not sure whose fault but when I tried to correct it through Bookings, I did not get anywhere.

Great huge room. Decent breakfast, staff is nice. Hot tub is out of order indefinitely- which bummed us out since we booked the hotel to be able to soak in the hot tub after skiing.

The sink was clogged; the water wasn't draining quickly, it was pooling. I was never able to check in by phone or email; it kept asking for a confirmation number that I didn't have. The phone support I called wasn't helpful or courteous. I arrived at the hotel around 11 pm, and then I was able to check in, and everything went smoothly after that.

Rooms could have been cleaner.
